Torterra weirdly had the blue of its pre-evos on the main part of its body while its back was the light green we're familiar with for DPP, but from HGSS-onward it lost that blue entirely and had it changed to match the shell
An interesting bit to add. Roserade's roses are red and blue, indicating love and mystery or attaining the impossible, potentially hinting at her playing hard to get. Meanwhile her shiny version has purple and black roses indicating enchantment, splendor, wonder and mystery from the purple; and death from the black. Perhaps shiny Roserade is widowed and so is trying to be alluring in a deferent more adult approach than simply playing hard to get.

Hey, cool video, I'm watching every single one in the series! And you guys know what I've noticed about Purugly, Skuntank, and Toxicroak? Yeah, you can call me a nerd, I know I am one XD PS: And no, I've got absolutely no idea why both of Cyrus' main pokemon's (Weavile and Honchkrow) shinies are hot-pink.

i cant believe you never mentioned the ballet reason for buneary's color! pink is a stereotypical color for a child's tutu, and buneary and lopunny so very much resemble dancers in the way theyre constructed and posed. also for togekiss, you also forgot to mention that they go through a red-blue color swap as well. all their red places become blue and vice-versa, essentially just switching the placements of the colors. you may have mentioned for its pre-evos.
