I met my spirit animal, he is a very cute and adorable,loving tiger in a bright white place with no end.Oh my god! he is loving and caring me , at the end he gave me a look when he went away , trying to say we will surely meet again , good bye , I am still feeling emotional. He gave me a dark wooden box with a sapphire in the middle of the box . Inside there was a face powder puff showing self-care, a cylindrical with hemispherical object showing duality and another sapphire showing intuition and protection. Thank you for this amazing and wonderful moment 😌☺️
I was surprised! I was met by a very calm and down to earth Tarantula in a vast dessert(my two least favorite things)! Yet, I was able to gain confidence for the abilities I have now and told to stop comparing myself to others by a silver hand mirror gifted to me by my spirit animal. I am super amazed that I was able to find clarity through the things that bring me the greatest discomfort! Thank you for this experience.
I met my spirit animal, a bear, along a coastline with a pine forest behind me. They gave me guidance for finding my soulmate, and gave me a gift of a chakra bracelet. The personality trait they showed was that of kindness, compassion, & sympathy. Truly an unforgettable feeling. All is well, Life is amazing, I am not alone! Thank you so very much
That must have been a beautiful experience…sounds like it… I go to a spiritual group, called the shamanic circle and we walk around trying to connect with our spirit animals. I’m a little disappointed because I have yet to meet my spirit animal….wondering if some us just do not?

I met a snow leopard, I was up in the mountains with gorgeous cliffs. It has aurora borealis around it and on it almost like an aura. Thank you for making this so many of us can have these moments

My spirit animal is the owl 🦉. I cried this entire meditation.
Mine was a tiger. Was bawling the entire meditation. Definitely a spirit from my soul tribe, I immediately felt like “oh my gosh it’s been so long I miss you!” But also realized the spirit guide was here all along and for many lifetimes ❤
My spirit animal! 🦅 it told me be brave, be confident, be wise, be assertive, be disciplined, fly freely, but be graceful!!! These meditations are amazing!! Peace and love!!

My spirit animal is a snake and she gifted me a snakecrytel, i think she want to tell me to be strong and yet very soft that ypu can mold in any situation , she told me to be sweet and gental and a little cunning when it's needed, she is Love .
At first I was sceared but she is too Lovable to be sceared. I love you ❤❤
What an experience! I meet a Lion, was standing with as much confidence as he is blessed with. Later he was surrounded by his large family. Gave me an advice to look after myself and stay as strong. That I am strong enough to deal with things.. and gave me super beautiful, thick, a real warrior sword 🗡️this part is slightly confusing, however I’m loving every piece of this experience. After receiving all his energy the waterfall of my forest has changed its color to golden, shiny flow .. 🥹♥️♥️
I met a fox, who was oddly charming in a humorous but caring sort of way. He emerged from a staff laying a meadow of yellow grass. The staff symbolized his purpose to be my unwavering support and strength. Along with his kind words of encouragement and reminders to breathe he gifted me both the staff and a ring in a navy blue box, upon acceptance he said that we were now connected, he'll be present in my dreams, and he'll be with me wherever I go. If I am in need of him irl, I am to seek out mushroom rings as he'll be there too. I cried the minute we met until we said goodbye. Wild experience to be sure!
I’ve done this meditation 3 x and every time I see a large group of animals together from different species land, water, air, and earth. The first time, a snake finally told them to step back and they can relay messages to them. 😂 It was funny to see the leadership, matter-of-fact tone, and bossiness. They had a lot to share and it was succinct as well which I appreciated. There was a lot information given the first two and this time it was more playful since I already took steps in the the direction of all the guidance I was given.
I went into this meditation believing my spirit animal was a crow, i was very surprised when suddenly an elephant stepped out. It was his kindness that drew me towards him, i really felt that ancient wise kindness from him

My spirit animal was an owl. It told me to not hold into negativity and to look forward and seek leadership and confidence. Good things are in my future. I visited him along the Oregon coastline and we walked the boardwalk together before saying goodbye. He gave me a stone with his footprint in it. I cried during this session It was so special.
I met my spirit animal, a deer, a small teenager, on a frozen lake. She gifted me a heart necklace and told me to be more loving towards people. The biggest personality that I saw was her goofiness and she said never stop being me.
I believe I met my spirit animal, a fox that didn’t quite have a form. It felt very nice and had me welling up during the experience. I felt the message to trust in myself and how others feel about me in a positive way. A playfully mischievous, warm and fun, personality telling me to be myself more and feel more at ease. The image of a little fox totem/figure being gifted to me in what I feel represented adaptability and strength to overcome obstacles.
This is my first time for something like this and I feel a tiny uncertainty but definitely a lot of good and positive thoughts and feelings. I will certainly come back to this again to give myself more stability and experience with this kind of meditation. Thank you.
I met my spirit animal which is a red tailed hawk flying down the redwood forest. He gave me guidance about always believing in myself and to seeing the world as a whole rather than just the world I see things.
I met a tiger as my spirit animal who remined me it is ok to take time rest and to be unapologetically me. She gifted me with a rock as a reminder that even when laying down, I have a purpose. This is the message I needed after being diagnosed with Long Covid. ❤❤

What a lovely experience I had through this meditation. It felt like a therapy session. In the beginning of it I saw so many animals starting with fox, then bear, elephant, dolphin,dog, cow,crow, peacock, rabbit,parrot😮 and I was so confused & surprised that how is it possible i have so many spirit animals 😂 but then at the end of the meditation I asked only one animal to step ahead and then finally I met my spirit animal which was Elephant 🐘😁 and it instantly made me smile and I met him at the beach & he gifted me a 🪨 Rock 😮 I don't know if how this story may sound.but i enjoyed this meditation. I simply feel the elephant is telling me that i am strong like rock , unbreakable, unshakeable and my heart cannot be hurt & it can never break by me but others ,I can never break my heart bcz it's protected with Rock. Felt beautiful. The bottom line is you cannot break your own heart, others can & always will break it. But you also have the power to join it & fill it with love. Love yourself.

Wow, wow, wow! I had such a fantastic ride with this, amazing. I met my beautiful red fox 🦊. Ha, she looked just like this emoji. But she came back with me to the forest and in my world. Told me exactly what to do about 2 different issues and will do exactly that. She gave me a golden egg, which then cracked open on its own and a new me came right out of it. Just like the one I want. That new me and my Foxy 🦊 came back here. How fantastic! Thank you ❤

My spirit animal was an orca. I was so surprised to end up on that beach! She came from behind a giant lava rock, answered my questions perfectly though I never heard her voice. I felt her message in my heart. She gifted me a giant color-changing pearl right before the woman said I would be receiving a gift. When I went back to my forest, there was suddenly a massive waterfall with many animals drinking from the stream that flowed from it. I saw this just before the woman said there would be a change in my forest this time; so fitting that the addition was water after my encounter with the orca. It felt so magical and surreal. Such an amazing experience that will stay with me for a long time. Thank you♡
I did this meditation this morning. Mine was a Lion in the forest. He was magnificent. I could see the universe in his eyes. I was very emotional. His gift to me was a ruby red octahedron. His soft words were, be brave, courageous and have faith. The first time I saw him through meditation was in 2018 through a tunnel and he was standing there watching me. Thank you so much for this meditation. I am so very grateful...🙏🦁🌿

My spirit animal tonight was a black panther. I always thought my spirit animal was a wolf but I was torn between the wolf and black panther and went with the panther. I struggled to get any messages from him but I felt his power and fierceness which I needed as my whole life I’ve felt small and powerless and always succumbed to what other people wanted at the expense of my own happiness, and the object he gave me was a heart. I’ve been struggling with opening my heart and letting love in and it was what I needed. This was really cool, thank you 🙏🏻

Great meditation indeed! I met my spirit animal in a starlit clearing surrounded by trees, and I could see the calm sea in the distance. My spirit animal was hiding behind a small rock, and soon revealed himself to be a black snake. He showed me the personality trait of wisdom and asked that I cultivate and use it to heal and restore balance. He also pointed out who could help me with that task. The advice he gave me was to never be afraid of the dark, because I already bring the light in me. He then gave me a very unusual key with crescent symbols on it. Beautiful!
This was incredible. Thank you soooo much. I usually have a tiger as my spirit animal but today it was a beautiful, calm, graceful horse. I transported to a vast empty, golden beach. My spirit animal gave me my grandads walking stick. I felt this was for strength. The strength to speak out loud the things I want to say. I have his walking stick in my house as he is no longer with us. A stick that kept him balanced, maybe I was given it in my meditation to keep me balanced in a different way.! I don't know? Im going to move it to a place i can see it more. But thank you, thank you, thank you for this incredible meditation. You are the best at these. I listen to you every day ❤

I enjoyed this. When the scene transformed from being in the forest to going to the destination there was some hesitation. Perhaps like the universe was trying to decide which spirit guide to introduce me to. I ended up in a clearing of a Savanah. The brush was dry and shades of beige, the sky was a bright orange with a bit of pink mixed in and up ahead I could see a few trees- this is where she was hiding. My spirit guide, a puma, came out and we stood face to face before she rested her head against mine- sharing with me to follow her. She had something to show me. As we walked I could really feel her protective energy and her leadership struck me as a very strong quality. We walked up a mountain, the big rocks took a lot of energy to climb and any time I hesitated she pushed me along with her head. As we made it up to the top we shared our moments as she answered my questions in a very personal exchange. When she had shared all of her knowledge with me and it was time to go I wrapped my arms around her neck. I cried into her fur, not wanting to leave her, and she licked away my tears before playfully licking all over my face to better my mood and lift my spirits. She assured me that she is always with me and we are not truly parting-only coming out of this dream. She gently batted at me and licked me as I laughed, still shedding tears untill we could no longer put off our goodbyes and we parted. She disappeared back into the trees as I was taken back to the forest, this time hearing birds chirp as I saw them and squirrels playing up in the trees. Thank you for this ❤

Thank you for this amazing meditation. I meat my spirit animal after forest, I met him in the deep blue sea. I walked towards it and it was indeed a dolphin! Dolphins have walked wot me over 20 yrs so it was nice to meet my spirit animal through this mediation. Thank you!
Amazing meditation omg, will be doing it again. My spirit animal was a tiger! It was beautiful and radiated so much love to me, the object it gave me was a book with the title on it "book of wisdom" , the trait they showed me was happiness and laughter. We were in just bright white light with the tree of life, thats it. Just bright white light everywhere with one tree. Truly amazing best meditation ive ever done. 🧡🧡🧡 Also my mom popped in who passed 5 years ago for a brief moment and gave me hug before my spirit animal stepped forward.

Firstly, thank you. My spirit guide initially was a lion of which manifested into a leopard. My message was Focus, Direction and Action. My message will arrive shortly. The leopard at one stage took the form of a cub draping itself around my neck and then laying by my side becoming almost one. It was transformative. On returning to the forest it was now flowing with golden light and substance, reminding me that when I change my energy all is available.

Wow, now this is quite an experience, I was there at a forest where the sun was setting and I could see a white glowing thing from a far and when it got closer I could sense it taking shape of a wolf. The best part was when the spirit animal was trying to blend with me. I could feel my breath getting heavier and my body temp rising. After we got connected I felt that ease of my breath and my body getting cold. It was quite unreal. Thank you for this.

I was on a beach by a river, amongst many trees and cliffs
and on a big cliff was a castle
and from it came a dragon
it shielded me with its wings as a means of showing its here to protect me
it brought me into the castle and granted me a giant bed to sleep in
while I slept, it gave me a Pen in the shape of a sword
so I must let this Dragon guide me to strive for my artistic endeavors
my spirit animal was shark that reminds me to keep going to swim deeply, stay powerful, be patience as well to find whats most amazing, because as a wide beautiful ocean, represents that universe is abundance, so theres nothing to worry about🥺

I met my spirit animal. My whole body started tingling non-stop for a solid minute i believe, with a smile on my face.
My spirit animal is a beautiful lion
I teleported to a bright white space that looks infinite in size
He wants me to be courageous at all times and I also felt the trait of perseverance
He gave me a mirror (small one with a stand) as a gift - not really sure as to what this means, but I believe that it is to let me know that I should be grateful for all I am and that is all I need.

i met my spirit animal and it was a squirrel. We were in a garden that has all the purplish and pinkish flowers, plants and trees. It had the personality treat to see everything so beautiful with curiosity. It gave me guidance to take my responsibilities that i find difficult and unplesant with joy. And the thing they gave me was a pink shining little cube. It showed me my feeling when i feel different emotions. I think pink is joy with happiness and different kime of peace

Unlike my profile picture, mines is a wolf. It came to me in a flat, LED lit parking lot. The wolf was wearing this strip of navy blue sleek band running down to its nose. On either side is a glowing blue light coming from underneath the band. It allowed and wanted me to feel it. The wolf gave me guidance by letting me know it will always follow me, making me feel not alone. It gave me a gift of an accord wheel with a hint of blue on it. I sense this is to give me a sense of high whenever I feel anxiety or depression 😇🤣 It also encircled me, putting its tail close to my nose and letting me smell its scent. I feel the love for the wolf and the wolf loves me back 💙

I met a puma on an island beach, when they walked out from the foliage and stood in front of me I realized how much I had been supressing myself compared to my actual personality. They represented being steadfast, firm, and unwavering. Just their presense is powerful. I have conformed to match others preferences, pumas, afterall, have a strong presense and intimidate others. To make others comfortable I had to abandon my true nature. I can now see what a waste this is, and that I don't need to conform to be good enough for others. I am what I am, and should be proud of it. They gave me a stone with an imprint. I recently suffered a close loss and realized that I didn't want to move on without them. I knew then that even though they have passed on, they are still permanently etched within myself and will continue to be a part of who I am, no matter how many years pass. I have been at a crossroads in my life but now feel resolved in what I should do. I didn't really expect much but feel like I was able to meet my authentic self

A beautiful wolf came through while I was standing cliffside near a coastline during a sunset 💌
I saw a majestic male lion in the african savannah. He showed me how he killed a gazelle. The personality trait that stood out to me was his confidence, his power, his roar. His gift was a golden pocket watch.
Two Spirit Animals visited me. One who I've had with me always a horse 🐎 who I think resonates with me because I'm a Sagittarius ♐🏹. But this time he said hello and stayed in the background, giving me the advice to embrace freedom always in my life. The Spirit Animal that came to the forefront was a deer 🦌 that mostly remained a doe but occasionally transformed into a buck. I think this represented the duality between masculine and feminine energies within me. She/he/they were showing me that I am free to embrace those energies whenever I choose. She also told me to be humble. I say she because that was the main way she showed herself to me. Humility she told me was important in life and that it meant always learning and stay curious, because we don't know it all, and there's no shame in that. She said it's ok to be wrong, to make mistakes. That's how we learn and not through false pride. She told me to embrace humility, unconditional love and to explore life, both stumbling and making mistakes and discovering new things. She was beautiful ❤️
The first time I did this I was imagining so many different kinds of animals but my mind always chooses tigers so I just let that be my animal instead of fighting against it 🤍 I think I had this mindset that, “yeah you like tigers but that doesn’t mean they’re your soul animal,” but I just let a graceful white tiger with big beautiful blue eyes enter my meditation after much hesitation. She was graceful and it almost scared me how graceful she was because I felt like I’d never seen a tiger be so calm. So I was on edge at first, but kept accepting her grace, and I realized that grace is what I need. Trusting and grace because I’m always anxious and worried and jittery. It made no sense that that was my spirit animal until the meditation said that the whole point of the spirit animal was to complete you and contribute traits to you to guide you. She gave me a blue glowing crystal, like the one from Atlantis, and at first I didn’t understand why. I thought, “it’s just pretty. There’s no significance…” but then realized that’s the significance. Beauty without effort. Nothing is making that crystal beautiful, it just is as it is. And my whole life I’ve craved to be able to just be and stop feeling unworthy.
When I opened up to my tiger, she offered advice, too, of independence and practicing solitude, as I have been, and to trust the process no matter how scary because I will one day have self-efficacy and strength like her.”
I realized I think this is actually what attracts me so much to tigers. They’re so independent and strong and stable on their own, and I crave that for myself because my whole life I’ve been dependent on others for my happiness and I don’t want to anymore. I want a solid foundation.

I did this mediation and fell asleep immediately and had a dream of my cat who passed away a year and a half ago. I miss him so much. I guess the 🐈⬛ would have to be mine. I dream about them all the time and I love and respect them all.
After a few mins I saw a nice valley, flowers, and mountains in the distance. The energy of my spiritual anima surrounded me and soon I looked to see a pure white Friesian horse mare. I’m sorta unsure about if cause Friesians only come in black and she surprisingly also had wings. Then besides it was a golden retriever. I’m unsure about having 2 spiritual animals but it’s sorta cool.

So I finally tried this and mine was a raven. It showed itself in the forest watching over me, it's in third person view because I can see myself as well and it was watching me behind, in hindsight perched on a tree. We met at the beach and it gave me a golden beak/claw like keychain and said it would help me with my sleep (I have sleep problems lately). When I returned to the forest, the sun was beaming and there was a clear path for me. There were flowers as well in the bushes. Compared when I first entered (dark and messy, no clear path and I almost got stuck in the branches that were scattered)
Thank you for making this, now I believe it is now my guide and that what happened to me is not a coincidence. A few months ago I encountered a raven while my friend and I were on our way to a cafe to talk about an opportunity and spend time together. A raven landed in front of us and we were shocked. We have been visiting that place/park several times already but we never encountered a raven and the birds tend to be smaller and mostly on their nests. My intuition told me that was something but I brushed it off and it's just probably a coincidence. It visited me in my dream as well and I didn't take it seriously because I thought it might just be because I kept thinking about it. (A week has passed when it visited).
Would love more guided imagery meditations like this, it's really fun and immersive.

I was transported to a beautiful waterfall in a secluded area and met an eagle and a lion 🥹 and he said scripture to me”Be strong, be courageous- Do NOT be afraid or discouraged- for the LORD your GOD is with you wherever you go!” So beautiful thank you ❤️

M spirit animal was a Red panda it had light blue eyes saying that i will guide you Till the very end. Ty❤❤❤
My spirit animal was hippogriff! he was able to transform in other animals like rabbit or phoenix or snake or any other kind. He gifted me the box with the key I already had ( my enchanted talisman gifted from my mom which contains various herbs like lavender and etc) when I opened the box it consisted of white energy light that was poured endlessly into me from above my crown down to my body, when I looked up it was illuminating all around and inside me with sparkles. Almost like glitter dust haha but with white dense almost foggy consistency. He played around with me for a bit showing different shapes and forms it could take and in the end he went back to hippogriff form and covered me with his wings forming a golden light around me.
My spirit animal was a barn owl. They were patient, attentive, and wise. She gifted me a crystal ball which was for clarity. She told me to take good care of my health but allowing me to drink coffee and smoke cigarettes every now and then. Her main attribute was her wisom and how I shouldn't be afraid of anything. Fears and phobias are irrational. Pride is foolish and to make amends with those whom I have not forgiven. Use my intuition and follow my gut. Never be afraid to remove myself from an unbearable situation no matter the circumstance.
Update: Now I'm trying to read up on facts about barn owls and how to use crystal 🔮.

I met my spirit animal it was a Fishing Spider, it was this beautiful silver blue color. It was hidden behind a fern in a stream. There were other animals there too, a Bear and a Snake, it was judging them, because of how much space they took up and how ravenous they were, it showed me, how it's way was better. It can create it's own world. It can hide from those around it. It has it's own place of peace. It can walk on water or simply flow with the stream, not using as much strength. Then we were transported to this dark 'room' , where it was making a web, I kept thinking of getting on it and riding it, but it told me No! Never let anyone ride you or control you, it's your web to create! It also looked at me and told me, I had many eyes as well. And showed me the benefits of them. When you said, it was gonna give me a physical gift, it wrap me, half way in webbing.. I didn't get it at first, but it said it was webbing to use and create. It hugged me from behind.. but never let me initiate affection back.
It also told me to follow my own steps, different from your video. We do things our own way.
We had already done a lot of the steps before you said it.
I saw a Wolf in a flower realm that had alot of fog. I found a chest that had a really cute and beautiful design, when i opened it a black wolf with a red eye and green eye. He felt like a leader and gave me a small plant and a sword. ( First time doing this ) It felt like he was hiding he’s own apperance tho. So it’s gonna be intresting to figure out :)

I met my spirit animal it was a lion, but at first I saw a bunch of animals bowing to me then I saw a lion the king of the jungle right in front of me he took me to the beach and gave me some sand with his paw, I think the message he wanted to tell me is “you aren’t the queen for everything you are the queen for yourself.
