Thank you so much for this! Here’s my experience: the entire time, I kept drifting in and out of sleep, but when I would awake, my arms would feel like they were floating. The only thing I remember during this is the word “flames.” And then when you said from the flames your spirit animal emerges, I suddenly became extremely aware and awake, as if I was never falling asleep before. Before me, a beautiful bird who’s body was covered in flames appeared and landed on my hand. I immediately felt a powerful energy wash over me when this happened and slowly the flames dissipated until her actual body was revealed. She sort of looked like a cockatiel, but larger and had brilliant, vibrant, orange feathers throughout her body. She said her symbol would be an orange feather. When I asked what her gift would be, she was silent for a bit and then put my finger in her beak. It wasn’t a bite, and I’m not exactly sure what she was doing. Suddenly, a thought came up in the back of my mind about something I’m ashamed of and she said that she would help me have pride in myself and have freedom. I then asked her a question, something very personal that I have struggled with my whole life. She said it was part of my spirit and that I would learn more about it with time. Suddenly, she said it was time to go and my eyes opened without me intending to.
The owl came to me. His presence had a familiar sense to me... He does leave out feathers for me. He symbolizes intelligence (mental alertness that webs wide knowledge and wisdom). He's given me 3 crystals, 1 blue to put in the heart, it has light strings that connects the whole body together in embrace. And 2 red crystals put in my hands that give me the power of anger in clarity. My hands can burst in fire to tear through any limitation or threat. Just amazing... I asked him why am I stuck in life and how to get out, and that is the most important part of the journey, he taught me that it's because I'm holding on to guilt. I'm blaming myself for the situation in my life and for pains I caused others. But this blame on myself, this self attack blinds me from seeing the open pathways in front of me. He said there is no need to blame myself, things just happen. The pains of others is not my blame, it is their journey with themselves and their pains. Wow. I can't believe the relief. Although I need to write it down repeatedly to really assimilate it. He also told me to fill my heart with light... So I shall, often. And I asked him how to use anger without losing control, he said, anger is just a tool, it is not designed for you to trip yourself. Something like that. Then he punched a hole in the forest that became a hallway to another sacred place. Taught me that this is it's usage. I'm still confused, it ended too quickly. But at least I know the root cause of my stuckness. My self blame.... Thank you very much ❤
I saw a jaguar i think his name was Nathaniel and he gave a spear with an emerald blade and his sign was certain thing bundled in 7 like 7 sticks. He also gave me the gifts of philosophy, serenity in nature, strength, stoicism. Day 2 i saw a blue & black snake that had a unique symbol and turquoise and 5 is his other symbol he gave foresight lucid dreaming an im spiritually connected to any & every snake he will also give me a big trail
I already know my animal spirit guide. I've done this sort of witch ritual, some months ago. I was supposed to meet them during meditation but it manifested itself during my dreams that night. One of the most intense moments in my life, pew, at first I wasn't too thrilled to see that specific animal as my guide, but now I can only admire it. Since then I only got to see my spirit guide twice. It is always there to warn me about potentially danger, but I'd like to reach out more often. This is me trying!
Thank you for sharing this meditation, whilst listening i thought my guide was a unicorn or pegasusi. Then i had vivid dreams of crocodiles all night, so now i know. I think i need the strength guile ancient wisdom, thick skin and guile of the crocodile in my life right now, very helpful thank you

From the attributes that you've described, the crocodile would be an extremely helpful guide. It's great that although you assumed a unicorn or a Pegasus to be your spirit animal, you were openminded enough to allow the crocodile to make itself known to you. I saw a jaguar, which i have seen in meditations and dreams many times. Im thinking she may be my main spirit guide. The gift was being assertive, yet calm and taking no bullshit whatsoever. Her words exactly. Also briefly saw an elephant and chimpanzee in the flames before the jaguar formed and came out of them. Amazing stuff, thank you!
The flame wasn't exactly clear at first moving and morphing around. But I'm sure I saw a phoenix.they gave me strength and protection, it is incredible strong
At first my spirit animal kept changing, and I felt like I can't get to hold on any of them. I only saw the shape of each animal as a bright light in the middle of the fire. I have had a fox as my spirit animal before, and I definitely saw the fox too, and all the changing animals seemed to be small. I saw a dolphin too, but finally a bunny stepped out. I was able to see the details, it was a white bunny with small black dots. As a gift the bunny gave me seeds of happiness
This was somewhat unusual for me, I had a giraffe. M.y giraffe gave me persistence and actually left slightly earlier, when I asked why, they informed m.e they were clearing a path through nearby obstacles
A White Stag with big Antlers. When he appeared , in my vision , I fell to my knees shaking and crying because I was so overwhelmed by it's power , imponence and wildness. Gave me the gift of courage and the sign is warmth. He kept putting his forehead on mine and I cried holding on to it. When I opened my eyes , my face was full of tears and I was out of it for a while. It was quite intense for me. I also have been seeing this stag for a while , every time I try to meditate or something spiritual related that involves visualization.
I saw three of them a king cobra an owl and a wolf the owl looked strikingly close to hedwig from Harry Potter the cobra had a dusty bage colour with black spots running down her back and the wolf was grey with orange ear tips and some faded orange splattered over her the cobra gave me a dark brown book with a green snake that Symboled fun and love on it the wolf gave me a necklace that symboled protection and courage the owl gave me a white feather that symboled know ledge and wisdom
My experience was a little intense, the fire was so big and there was a black panther walk out of it and as a gift it gave me his heart, I wasnt sure if i was allowed to accept it but i did. It was amazing
The principal one on the campfire was the wolf he was very present in all my life when I was walking to the campfire I saw a horse/búfalo when i reached the campfire a deer jumped above the campfire an eagle flew above me and a bear was watching from afar a fox was running around, the wolf howled in the flames and runned to the sky then started running around me in the flames I was so happy then he licked me and I layd down with him he gave me a necklace with a teeth (wolf teeth maybe or a shark teeth the two teeth appeared to me) e passed me independence I asked for advice but I didn't understand I only was hearing woof woof woof so I just fell asleep near him then my vision got really far from the moment and it got all black then it got white and I opened my eyes it was great!!
It was a grey wolf with yellow eyes I think it was a she because I saw a cub with her she was playful and serious at the same time i love her so much!!

So, I was shocked when a wolf paw stepped out of the flame and stood beside what I guess was a deer/stag both female and male as one had antlers? Pretty cool. I kept trying to reject the wolf and he wasn’t liking it until I accepted that I was being allowed two spirit animals 😊😅❤

At first, I was led through the forest by a large Eagle until I made it to the fire and the animal that emerged from the flames, was a massive tiger ❤️
I hardly remember anything, but I remember seeing a large red snake appear. It had horns and black stripes and a jaw similar to a snapping turtles. It came off as aggressive but I found it beautiful. At first it was a small snake and out of thin air, it became a beautiful beast. It was truly fascinating.
Holy shit I imagined my spirit animal (which I already know) as fire flame shaping in it and I decided to keep my hand close to my candle fire so I would feel as I would truly be around flames and then I FELT IT. It was something more than warm from candle. I felt like I was touching my spirit. Holy shit 😮
Eagle with a coat, that offers me the wind, its sign is paper being moved by wind. A panda whose eyes are green. Gives me the color green, and peace. Green its his sign
This time I got a mammoth, not even an elephant a mammoth for discernment and creativity. Wondered if it was because I kept thinking about elephants but then I wondered why did those thoughts come in? Probably means something.
I have doen this so many time an my spirit animal gets so excited that it keeps showing its self early lol when we areive before it is suppose to show its self
Hey i might come back to this again but does anyone body started to move on its own? I relaxed every muscle and i did not control my physical body but i feel my hands curling up or reaching for the flames, my head leans in to touch my spirit guide and out back along w my body almost 45°(i was sitting) when you said the image fades away. It felt very sureal even tho i dont have good imagination. I also dont meet any specific animals but i do feel a big body of fur toching me and the sign is 3 scratch marks. So interesting!!!!
I saw that my spirit animal was a deer are first and then it changed to a king cobra, it showed me the Viking runes ansuz and tiwaz which mean to flow and the strong one. I asked at the end for it to show me more and i saw it jump as high as it possibly could, I take that as a sign that I need to finally take the leap.
I really liked the meditation and it was a very calming and relaxing experience. But my mind does not, or will not, just allow things to manifest without my imagination kicking in. Perhaps if I listen to it while drifting off it will be easier. But you know when you have a kind of set mind and you don’t want the result to be anything else? I kept thinking wolf or snake. And I know that want for either of those results will tamper with my vision within the flames. My mind is pretty much never silent and always at some frequency babbling. I have ADHD, so perhaps this kind of brain just doesn’t work along side things like this. Either way. Great job and loved the meditation.
Your guide may be coming to you in other forms.. has a snake appeared to you In day to day life? You can also choose to connect with a power animal and learn from it This is all imagination. X

I could not see anything in my minds eye. But threw out my life in dreams i could always breath deep and fly, and the bear always shows up as i am drawn to protect people. I ALWAYS have been a dog person and have always found beauty in the snake. Please tell if you feel my guides have been show me their presence always or is this something else?
A wolf. When I tried to touch him, he gently growled at me, showed his teeth, and slowly started to walk. He guided me through the forest to a ledge of a mountain. A wolf pack was watching us from underneath. They formed a circle like they were waiting for me to fall in. But the alfa wolf explained they were hungry and that I have to provide them food, by leading them on a hunt. He never had to say a word, I just knew what he was saying. First time doing this.. I feel like this is gonna be hard for me, because for almost the entire time I felt awake. Should I do this before going to sleep? I never really saw anything.. just the black in my eyelids.. very cool though! I’ll keep trying!
Try practicing mindfulness meditation first. If you start day dreaming, that's 100% normal. Just notice your mind is drifting and bring the attention back to your breathing. There are lots of good guided meditations for mindfulness meditation. I have ADHD so I totally hear you. You just have to be persistent
Two animals showed up and one is a mythical how is this possible? The air around me because strong and comforting then the fire went through me and got mixed with the wind surrounding me then suddenly there was a dragon with a snake on top of its head

Keep trying!!! Meditation and hypnosis (this is similar to a self-hypnosis) is like a muscle that needs to be worked out. I had so many subconscious blocks, it took me almost a year of daily practice to be able to be successful at these things!!! Obviously, my case was probably a bit unusual for a number of reasons, but most people can’t get it on the first try! Don’t give up! 😊
Def a lot louder than the music. A bit too much I think, but I like that better than so many other people's videos where the music volume makes it hard to hear the words.
this is good but it is nothing new this came out of the origin of the native American Indians who were famous for this way of life from the ancient times to this present time as they would call upon the spiritual world and do various chants dances and so on even prayers these spirits of the bear ox eagle horse and other animals would come out of the ground and become one with the human spirit

my animal spirit is the wolf
I could not see anything in my minds eye. But threw out my life in dreams i could always breath deep and fly, and the bear always shows up as i am drawn to protect people. I ALWAYS have been a dog person and have always found beauty in the snake. Please tell if you feel my guides have been show me their presence always or is this something else?

First time doing this.. I feel like this is gonna be hard for me, because for almost the entire time I felt awake. Should I do this before going to sleep? I never really saw anything.. just the black in my eyelids.. very cool though! I’ll keep trying!
How do i stop controlling my visions? I have a very active imagination and i " day dream" while meditating. Its hard to clear my mind.

Try practicing mindfulness meditation first. If you start day dreaming, that's 100% normal. Just notice your mind is drifting and bring the attention back to your breathing. There are lots of good guided meditations for mindfulness meditation. I have ADHD so I totally hear you. You just have to be persistent

Keep trying!!! Meditation and hypnosis (this is similar to a self-hypnosis) is like a muscle that needs to be worked out. I had so many subconscious blocks, it took me almost a year of daily practice to be able to be successful at these things!!! Obviously, my case was probably a bit unusual for a number of reasons, but most people can’t get it on the first try! Don’t give up! 😊
Is it just my imagination or are the vocals a lot louder than the music?
Is not your imagination yes the vocals are louder I think a 60% and the song 40%
Def a lot louder than the music. A bit too much I think, but I like that better than so many other people's videos where the music volume makes it hard to hear the words.

Wolfs are fearless and loyal, phoenixes are bright and radiant, and triggers are fierce and and cunning. This is just my guess though
Also I ment to out swift not cunning, but tigers can be considered cunning if I’m being honest

this is good but it is nothing new this came out of the origin of the native American Indians who were famous for this way of life from the ancient times to this present time as they would call upon the spiritual world and do various chants dances and so on even prayers these spirits of the bear ox eagle horse and other animals would come out of the ground and become one with the human spirit
I already know my animal spirit guide. I've done a sort of witch ritual, months ago. I was supposed to meet them during meditation but it manifest itself during my dreams that night. One of the most intense moments in my life, pew, at first I wasn't too thrilled to see that specific animal as my guide, but now I can only admire it. Since then I only got to see my spirit guide twice. It is always there to warn me about potentially danger, but I'd like to reach out more often. This is me trying!
