A Spirit Guide is an entity that exist within the spiritual realm and is not manifest in physical form. This entity can act as a guide or protector to humans existing in the physical realm. The guide is a manifestation of the subconscious which we are all attached to and where all things are, and thought cease to exist. This session uses theta brainwave entrainment frequencies that help you become aware of your spirit guide.
According to theosophical doctrine, Some spirit guides live as energy, in the cosmic realm, or as light beings, which are very high level spirit guides. Some spirit guides are persons who have lived many former lifetimes, paid their karmic debts, and advanced beyond a need to reincarnate. Each individual will respond to sessions differently so it is impossible for me to understand or explain others experiences. However I imagine a spirit guide to be an entity of the astral realm so that this helped you get close to projection is not a surprise to me!

i do the EXACT same thing.. every night I choose either a frequency, binaural beat or Isochronic tone to meditate myself off to sleep. I have been practicing this for little over a year now with AMAZING results. prior to I had battled insomnia for better part of a decade.. with weeks of my new meditating to sleep practice, I fall asleep quickly, deeper & have much more vivid dreams & experiences.
I recommend everyone at least give it a try. see what tones, beats, frequencies work for you.

i went to this world where it was destroyed. vines all over the place and looked gloomy. However i was in huge sky scrapper that had multiple rooms inside. . In the first room there was a little girl with long hair covering he face, she bit me in the neck as though she was hungry and was suffering. It was as though she needed energy. I told her that it was okay if she bit me and smiled, i did my best to comfort her. After she heard me, she stopped and we became friends. I held her hand and we walk to multiple places together in that world. Then, i met someone who was stuck to the wall, as though he was screaming with pain to escape.. I could not do anything as i went passed him with the girl. Then i sawblack cat, who was also hungry but was in a corner scared and sad. I met a person at the end of sky scrapper.I could not see his face. He told me i should not be here, i told him i just came to visit. I will never forget this memory and every being that was there and the world love them

used this today and yesterday in meditation did not meet my spirit guide but yesterday i astral traveled wich was awesome cause its hard for me to intentionally do i guess cause i get to excited and today i had a vision of a scenario wich i think will happen in the future never had that in mediation before i usually have premonition dreams .... many thnx for the great video

I don't usually comment but holy shit. I use binaural beats for meditation all the time. This is the best one I've listened to. I usually sit upright when I meditate but I couldn't, I had to lie down it effected me instantly and only took 15 minutes to feel it through my entire body. Can't wait to check out your other videos!

While I was going to sleep, I believe I had a falling sensation that I attributed to the recording so I stopped listening to it and continued to drift to sleep. I woke this morning, having remembered bits of a dream. This is noteworthy because I RARELY remember anything about a dream.

I listened to it about two-three times while I was studying. Night when I went to sleep, as soon as I close my eyes I started seeing people, faces very strange and somewhat disturbing dreams or visions. At one point My bed started squeaking as if something has got on it (May be it was all in my head), but I really heard it. I finally had to play something different to change my brainwave. I dont recommend this music because I think this music is attracting spirits, sort of like Black Magic calling out to spirits, and when they show up it will disturb you normal life, and messes up your sleep. So be careful.

You might want to clear your energy first and then put some protective lights around yourself . Sometimes the fear you feel is other people's energy mingling with yours and it gets distorted. Its and easy fix just say in your mind or aloud take back what isn't mine.
You have to have a clear mind when you do something like this. I use to see my guide without the music and I'd get scared. it wasn't until I accidentally took someone with me that I realized he was only my guide and there to help not hurt. When I let that fear go... it's been alot better......

Or perhaps filling the carafe and pouring its contents into the fountain is my gift to my Spirit Guide. I am unsure with whatbti fill the carafe with, either water or my golden colored breathes. It was so lucid and my body felt intense vibrations. Very trippy indeed yet absolutely awesome.
I googled Matana and found it to be a female name, meaning "gift" in Hebrew. So the faceless lady in red robes was either my gift, or the golden carafe was my gift. I am so unsure. Later tonight I will meditate on reaching my Spirit Guide again and press these questions further.
Thanks for the extra connection contact with this audio. Truly beautiful, amazing and it attracts my spirit guide animals pronto and they quickly respond and come whenever I call/think of them or simply play this near my open screen window. The numerous birds swarm and flock to this music as it must vibrate with them. Red headed woodpeckers, black & white woodpeckers, blue Jays, black birds, gray birds, squirrels, and more. Thou they already come daily as I am in sync and connected/One with Source, Creation, Nature directly, but this makes the contacts/visits more often, right away, longer and meaningful as they respond to me personally with reverence. Have you ever petted a squirrel like a cat thru a screen window and interacted/communicated with wild birds that know what I'm saying & even just thinking of them and thus they respond accordingly and I have special bonds with all of them directly. They gaze and look into my eyes, bow, outstretch their wings and put on a display, flutter in mid air in front of me, sing, call out, hang out and we bond more and more with this audio playing nearby. My main red headed woodpecker; visits more often thru out the day and comes closer to me and communicates vocally out loud with bird chatter looking at me for long periods of time, especially when I play this comes faster than lightning everytime he hears it. *Best audio in my opinion and experience out there for communication with your spirit guides and elemental spirits in nature and such. Thou I do live near a flowing brook and woods, it's more like a stopping zone/ rest area for animals, so they come and go, but animals that seem hidden, suddenly appear out of nowhere, lots and lots of various bird species fill the sky and backyard trees, recently I had a swarm, well over 50 crows I'm sure come and fill my trees while I played this audio and my red headed woodpecker is still here right now even chirping out loud looking at me as this audio is playing. So I contacted my spirit guide(s) again last night and I brought the carafe/vase back to the fountain and tried to empty it into the fountain but it had infinite water so I gave up and tried to break the vase to no avail as the lady in the red robe laughed at me. She then turned around and headed back into the forest affirming that it will figure it out soon. I'll find out tonight
