My ex wife was a huge follower of seeking out spiritual awakening and finding alternative natural methods to find peace. I miss her. She taught me a lot. Unfortunately my drug addiction took over the best of me and she could no longer see the person she fell in love with. Right now I'm detoxing from heroin, up in a small house in the mountains that my sister owns. It's been so painful. But mostly mentally irritating. I found this helped quiet my mind for a little bit.

My 9year of granddaughter turned me onto this spiritual reset. She falls asleep with this every night she autistic and nonverbal and she finds comfort in this particular one here. Im a recovering addict mate. Mainly your going to go threw a lot of psycological cravings urges completely change your habbits. Go for a lot of walks keep your mind busy in posative things so your mind willnot latch into weed. Thoughts and urges will come thats natural but they will pass. Let them thoughts float away like a baloon. Keep away from other users find a new hobby go the gym excersise meditation. My husband and I were in a car accident at the height of Corona and we have both been handling his back surgery the best that we can. I have 4 years clean of prescription drugs. I'm going through a similar situation right now. Was fired from the job I loved and that set me on another path I wasn't prepared for. I had overcome so much to get to the point of sheer Bliss at work then bam! I find this music just speaks to my soul, a regeneration of sorts. It's helped me to slow down and reflect and really learn it's one day at a time.

Six months ago I was totally happy and healthy; perfect sleep, a happy life. Then the travel restrictions and isolations began here (in China) and even though I had an asymptomatic case, the government rules ended up putting me into isolation for 2 1/2 months including a 10 day hospital “treatment”, in a room full of heavy smokers. As a result of the extreme stress and traumas, I now need sleeping meds and anxiety medication to live a somewhat “normal” life. Please pray, or meditate, or send positive healing power for my full healing. I have big dreams and big plans for the benefit of many people and our planet. But I need to heal. I don't know if anyone will ever read this comment, but I'll write it anyway, more to myself I guess. You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. Never put your happiness in another person's hands, it doesn't work like that, it's more like a state of mind, but you get to make it, not anyone but you. You can be happy in a small cottage, you can be happy in a big city, as long as you are a friend to yourself. You're loved and worthy, don't allow others to make you believe otherwise. Only you know yourself well, they see just a picture of you their mind made. But it's not you. Not exalty. You're capable of anything your mind can think of. If it's there - you know it's possible. You were made one of a kind .. Special. You were created for a reason, find that and use it. Somebody is waiting on you for something. Don’t think about throwing that away. Having been down this route myself, I couldn't be more surprised that a path to healing actually exists. Its important to realise the path and not the destination, because those small steps matter. For me, I realise my connection to all beings, my limited time and the walls emotions create for us, blinding us from a mindful approach to all people. Intentionally, i began to make small changes, imply coping strategies for episodes, address the origin (healing that fragmented family relationship), and so on. It became the case of increasingly spaced out episodes and now i can't even remember the last. Treat yourself like someone you're responsible for treating. I didn't rush it, criticise myself, instead understanding the big task ahead and praising improvement. As you've touched on though, it gets even better. I get up at 4am everyday envision the day/practise mantras, meditate and have a cold shower after some exercise to warm me up. Slowly I've been able to strengthen that muscle in the brain to intentionally do more. Listening to the impulsive electrical signals and sitting in that uncomfortable space till they abide then prioritising mindful ones. I've never been so focused, well read, in shape and embody more and more of the qualities i see for my future self. Buddhism is a huge credit of mine but ultimately the words i'll share with those I meet ' deathbed mentality'. I see the bed, the faults, the regret, sorrow and wasted potential. I think of ways to fix this and then i slowly create the person I'd rather there instead of waiting for him to happen.
Hearing this, feel like I am wandering in the Himalayas wearing just a saffron cloth, enjoying the beautiful nature. No relationships, no money, no job, no society. Just me and the great soul upstairs.

This is such a hard time for many. These times do not last forever. You will have your breakthrough. Keep moving forward and doing the best that you can. Even if that's taking a shower. Looking out at the sun and being grateful. Drinking a glass a water when, usually, you would neglect yourself. All of these baby steps will eventually add up to a better, happier, and healthier you.

Went out this Sunday morning (winter in Germany and very windy) and walked to a castle in our village where I watched the sunrise, walked back home and took off my jacket for the last 10 minutes of walking. I was so freezing. At home I took a hot/cold shower and now I am sitting with my parents, drinking green tea and listen to this music. I can recommend that to everyone. I feel so alive and so connected to myself.
@@purplemile2 it's about leaving the "comfort zone". I found that staying always in the comfort zone, like it is in the today's world, is really bad for you. I think it has to do with dopamine. Dopamine is released in your body as a reward. So if you are always in the comfort zone your rewards system will always release dopamin and your body adapts to dopamine and you will need more and more of it. It's the same for smartphone use and so on. There is always dopamine released. Now the important part: dopamine is also there for motivation. So basically I try to balance my dopamine to have more motivation for life. Then there is wim Hof. Look him up! He says the cold is very good for the immune system. My ex wife was a huge follower of seeking out spiritual awakening and finding alternative natural methods to find peace. I miss her. She taught me a lot. Unfortunately my drug addiction took over the best of me and she could no longer see the person she fell in love with. Right now I'm detoxing from heroin, up in a small house in the mountains that my sister owns. It's been so painful. But mostly mentally irritating. I found this helped quiet my mind for a little bit.

Im a recovering addict mate. Mainly your going to go threw a lot of psycological cravings urges completely change your habbits. Go for a lot of walks keep your mind busy in posative things so your mind willnot latch into weed. Thoughts and urges will come thats natural but they will pass. Let them thoughts float away like a baloon. Keep away from other users find a new hobby go the gym excersise meditation.

Six months ago I was totally happy and healthy; perfect sleep, a happy life. Then the travel restrictions and isolations began here (in China) and even though I had an asymptomatic case, the government rules ended up putting me into isolation for 2 1/2 months including a 10 day hospital “treatment”, in a room full of heavy smokers. As a result of the extreme stress and traumas, I now need sleeping meds and anxiety medication to live a somewhat “normal” life. Please pray, or meditate, or send positive healing power for my full healing. I have big dreams and big plans for the benefit of many people and our planet. But I need to heal. (The Only requirement is to have , an open heart and a pure desire, to achieving your second birth/Self realisation! ) I received a very strong ‘Cool breeze’ coming from the top of the head, the fontanelle bone area ( fontanelle is derived from Latin, meaning ‘small/little fountain’) which I came to realise was/is ‘The cool breeze of the Holy Ghost and is the ACTUALISATION of Baptism, the real BAPTISM! This IS the yoga/union with the divine, when our ATTENTION becomes enlightened by the Spirit, the Spirit comes into the attention and then we become dharmic, we become detached from this ‘matter’ and so thus we become the witness, the witness of this ego and these conditionings, and matter can dominate us, no more! You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. Never put your happiness in another person's hands, it doesn't work like that, it's more like a state of mind, but you get to make it, not anyone but you. You can be happy in a small cottage, you can be happy in a big city, as long as you are a friend to yourself. You're loved and worthy, don't allow others to make you believe otherwise. Only you know yourself well, they see just a picture of you their mind made. But it's not you. Not exalty. You're capable of anything your mind can think of. If it's there - you know it's possible. Was feeling borderline suicidal, I'd never act upon my urges, but I have been struggling with depersonalization/derealization (dpdr) for the past year, feels hopeless every so often, and my mind is essentially shut down and I feel disconnected from everything around me

You were made one of a kind .. Special. You were created for a reason, find that and use it. Somebody is waiting on you for something. Don’t think about throwing that away. Stay strong and I promise you’ll find it. Don’t let negativity try to steal that from you. You are loved and I already can feel your needed and special.
Having been down this route myself, I couldn't be more surprised that a path to healing actually exists. Its important to realise the path and not the destination, because those small steps matter. For me, I realise my connection to all beings, my limited time and the walls emotions create for us, blinding us from a mindful approach to all people. Intentionally, i began to make small changes, imply coping strategies for episodes, address the origin (healing that fragmented family relationship), and so on. It became the case of increasingly spaced out episodes and now i can't even remember the last. Treat yourself like someone you're responsible for treating. I didn't rush it, criticise myself, instead understanding the big task ahead and praising improvement. As you've touched on though, it gets even better. I get up at 4am everyday envision the day/practise mantras, meditate and have a cold shower after some exercise to warm me up. Slowly I've been able to strengthen that muscle in the brain to intentionally do more. Listening to the impulsive electrical signals and sitting in that uncomfortable space till they abide then prioritising mindful ones. I've never been so focused, well read, in shape and embody more and more of the qualities i see for my future self. Buddhism is a huge credit of mine but ultimately the words i'll share with those I meet ' deathbed mentality'. I see the bed, the faults, the regret, sorrow and wasted potential. I think of ways to fix this and then i slowly create the person I'd rather there instead of waiting for him to happen.

This is such a hard time for many. These times do not last forever. You will have your breakthrough. Keep moving forward and doing the best that you can. Even if that's taking a shower. Looking out at the sun and being grateful. Drinking a glass a water when, usually, you would neglect yourself.
All of these baby steps will eventually add up to a better, happier, and healthier you.

Went out this Sunday morning (winter in Germany and very windy) and walked to a castle in our village where I watched the sunrise, walked back home and took off my jacket for the last 10 minutes of walking. I was so freezing. At home I took a hot/cold shower and now I am sitting with my parents, drinking green tea and listen to this music. I can recommend that to everyone. I feel so alive and so connected to myself.

@@purplemile2 it's about leaving the "comfort zone". I found that staying always in the comfort zone, like it is in the today's world, is really bad for you. I think it has to do with dopamine. Dopamine is released in your body as a reward. So if you are always in the comfort zone your rewards system will always release dopamin and your body adapts to dopamine and you will need more and more of it. It's the same for smartphone use and so on. There is always dopamine released.
Now the important part: dopamine is also there for motivation.
So basically I try to balance my dopamine to have more motivation for life.
Then there is wim Hof. Look him up! He says the cold is very good for the immune system.
Also there is David Sinclair from Havard University. He also recommend "cold exposure" for a long life alongside with fasting.

That’s my problem. My mind never stops. I will literally sleep three hours at night in an 8 hour period. I absolutely love this. I just started listening to this one and my infant grandson falls asleep to it.

The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
Jesus said, “I came that they may have life and have it abundantly”-a complete life full of purpose (John 10:10).
But here’s the problem:
- Man is sinful and separated from God.
We have all done, thought or said bad things, which the Bible calls “sin.” The Bible says, “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
The result of sin is death, spiritual separation from God (Romans 6:23).
The good news?
- God sent His Son to die for your sins!
Jesus died in our place so we could have a relationship with God and be with Him forever.
“God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).
But it didn’t end with His death on the cross. He rose again and still lives!
“Christ died for our sins. … He was buried. … He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
Jesus is the only way to God. Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me” (John 14:6).
Step 4 - Would you like to receive God’s forgiveness?
We can’t earn salvation; we are saved by God’s grace when we have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. All you have to do is believe you are a sinner, that Christ died for your sins, and ask His forgiveness. Then turn from your sins-that’s called repentance. Jesus Christ knows you and loves you. What matters to Him is the attitude of your heart, your honesty.

I needed to hear this. Its too easy to fall into mourning everything I already had... i forget the troubles of others. But I do still yearn for the return of the sentimental/moments/people in my life as they were. Since Oct 2020 Ive just felt.... "shut out". "The big secret". Still trying to get to the truth, still trying to understand why a person would change so.... drastically but I *have* to believe the man I know will be healed/put back as he was pre... pre "desacration"
