Thank you for the video instruction. I got these and adjusted but the first outing one wiggle-worm squirmed her way out. I did not have it adjusted correctly. I LOVE these seatbelts.It only took two short trips for them to get used to it and they are no longer bouncing around the car. We live on a gravel road and even at 5 miles an hour they used to get off-balance. Not anymore! They are happy and safe.
This video is great for showing how to easily adjust, but doesn't show anything about how it should fit on the dog. I can't find anything about that in all my searches, and even e-mailed customer support and they just sent me to this video. No responses after saying I've already seen it. I'm hoping I've fit them on my dogs properly. They have to come with me to work every day, and the commute is an hour both ways. I pass plenty of accidents, as often as two during each drive.

Why did you get rid of the straps that connect to the car seat?
