The hell are you talking about man? A sweepa and a few Swees aren't just cracked. They can be a god damn tectonic plate shift if you breed them right. The way they stack their abilities together allows for some stupidly hilarious things to happen.
What the hell you are talking about? He said as mount. Sweeps is useless as mount. And that big sweeps combo can be achieved basically with any other pals. Cause you have booster for every type of dmg.
I use a flying mount and shoot them from where they can't hit me, like a helicopter sent to tranquilize a bear. You can also reload while moving around quickly which is nice. Doesn't work as well with anything that has a high speed ranged attack, but a lot of creatures have attack skills that stick to the ground
Fun fact: I've found that attacks while mounted have a separate cooldown from being unmounted. So whenever I'm attacking a legendary, I start mounted, throw out the most powerful attack, and the dismount so they can do it again. Example: three Blazamut, a high speed mount (I use a Fenglope) and a Faleris (still trying to get a schematic to drop) lets me take out Frostallion fairly quickly, and without me supporting much with my own weapon. I mostly run around like a chicken with its head cut off while waiting for another round of attacks to go out, and to regen any damage taken while briefly mounted. Additionally, I tend to switch pals out while Frostallion is charging up a powerful move- it loses its target and fires into the air, and I have time to mount up and unleash the most powerful part of the cycle without taking a hit (except for maybe a little frost breath, but that's nothing to worry about). Direhowl is great from the bogging to like level 35/40 but you should get a fengalope or Rayhound for the far superior jumping. Honestly if Kingpaca could move at full speed regardless of you being weighed down, it'd be a lot more useful.
I actually did try using maraith just because they look cool. I thought they would be able to fly lol
I found Maraith at the pal Black market and thought. "Man He is really cool!" and rided on him for quite some time. That wont make him better but anyway. 😂
Not just that but mounting certain pals take actual resources to do, you gotta use tech manuals to even unlock them and you gotta find the materials to make the harness, so naturally people are going to invest that stuff into the better mounts
i love astegon, and sweepa used to be and still is one of the strongest pals in the game.
I saw a Redditor (or maybe it was on Facebook i forget) that was completely obsessed with maraith, and they turn all your attacks into dark type which is kinda cool
Funny enough, with the feybreak update, a lot of new viable mounts were added
I haven't been able to try them all yet but from what I saw, the update is very focused in mobility
Mossanda/Mossanda Lux + Rocket Launcher... Never worry about a raid again on that big guy's shoulders.
I was using the Maraith mount for a while. One of the most interesting looking pals with a cool moon jump. Used that till i caught Fengalope
I just bred the fastest, most tanky grintale possible because grintale is just too cute to not
When this video came out, sweepa was the most BUSTED pal because of the swee glitch. He's still pretty solid now, but back then he was meta
My wife Loved the Last one 😂
