    Ciao Marie❤Today I would like you to know how much gratitude I feel for you. I was operated on for thoracic sarcoma and I met you during radiotherapy. I started with your mobility videos, then pilates, then weights and learning to run. Now I alternate everything😂I discovered how many things my body can do, I exceeded my limits and today, after 6 months I am fitter than ever!     Heut morgen gleich gemacht - mal wieder ein super schönes Workout mit allem drin! Auch die Musikauswahl ist immer treffend für die Workouts! Danke vielmals für Deine wertvolle und wie ich finde qualitativ hochwertige, inspirierende Arbeit! Mit Dir zu trainieren macht immer Spaß, sogar das Stretching, das bei mir immer zu kurz kam! Aber durch Deine ganzheitlichen, teilweise ausgefallenen und auch jedes in seiner Form herausfordernden Trainings, bin ich immer voller Vorfreude aufs nächste Video! Hab noch einen schönen Abend!🤗

    Thank you i reallyenjoy your workouts. Only challenge for me is the music is the same in alot the workouts and they can possibly be more deep You seem very powerful so i think you can find music that has much better groove, quality and lyrics. Ou really put out such beatiful material and its clear you invest alot. When music is repetative it makes the exercises seem repetative as well. I dont mean to hurt your feelings. I mean it in the best way.❤
