Even if you wanna have someone from your team to handle calls, then better you train them on Soft Skills or you yourself handle these calls. Yesterday Conv Some guy named ISHWAR, picked up the phone, stating that he was sleeping and just woke up. I told him, bro its Sunday 10am, and you on bed. Then I said, Anyways I look forward to speak to Ashish Gutt. He asked me stupid ques - Regarding What. I asked him why would I call on this number. Then he replied regarding property, I said Exactly. Then he asked regarding what project, I replied I dont know cuz i'm new and that's why I wanted to speak with Ashish Gutt, so when Can i meet Ashish Ji or talk. He said, AG does come on phone like that and bla bla... I replied I've no idea regarding project. And I'm coming to Ggn from Noida... Its a long drive of 1/5hrs.. And I've Sunday for Ggn. So wanna meet or talk to AG. He was not at all helpful and rather showing as if I called at PMO. He started arguing and replying in a very rude tone. I had to say FO and hung up. So Mr AG this is your team. Ultimately you guys are nothing but brokers. And there are thousands like you on the field. I need your response on this matter.
