Should my guest also use the webcam for good video quality? And I yeah, I subscribed to your channel because you cover all the things that one needs///:)
Great question. For classic (audio-only) podcasts, I often say that as long as you (the host) have a good microphone, then listeners are willing to forgive your guest’s audio quality because it literally sounds like someone calling into a radio show. So it makes sense to the listener, in a way, that your audio might be crisper than the guest. For video, it’s similar, but I would add that it’s also up to your personal preferences. I think it would be tough to require guests to purchase a webcam, but it’s something you could suggest as an option. I would recommend checking out other channels or video experts to see what has worked or what they recommend. I hope that helps!
SUCH a valuable video, thank you so much! I'm ready to start my podcast now! By the way, I'm just using your link for Captivate and I think the URL is broken? xoxo

Thanks, Estefany! I do write scripts for parts of some videos to make sure I respect everyone's time. It helps me communicate more succinctly!
