I think lantus vials can be stored in room temperature when in use . Only issue being room temperature means shelf life would be 1mnth and and unopened cartridges should be stored in fridge

Yes, you are right dear. Store unused Lantus vials in the refrigerator between 2 to 8 degree and Store in-use (opened) Lantus vials in a refrigerator or at room temperature below (30˚C).

Glargine is a molecule name . You can use the allstar pen with Lantus only..

Sir i live in Kashmir and herw temperature is no more than 10 degree in winter should i still need to refrigerate insulin

For an unopened cartridge of Lantus you need to maintain 2 to 8 degrees. When the cartridge is in use you can store at less than 24 degrees.

You need to use the cartridge till 28 days and after that you need to discard the remaining units

No. We have to use two different pens for both the insulins. Because one is long acting and the other one is short acting both from different companies also.

Nahi, isme sirf lantus he dalna nahi to dosage variation ho sakti hain , basalog ke liyea insupen pro aata hain

Yes I got Basalog refill and using it with Allstar. Works fine and the chemist suggested that this will work without any issues, so bout it and using them together.

Yeah, It is provided with 3 year warranty for the technical issue. But not for the physical damage .
