It's an amazing reaction because you really find out the meaning of "MAPA" means you really focusing in lyrics, compared to some other foreign reactors (not all) who just feel touched but don't find the hidden meaning of MAPA.
There's a three hidden meaning behind MAPA.

The first time I listened to this song with the English translation, my first thought was that English natives might first think the "rest for now" means death. It's not an invalid interpretation with just the way the lyrics go, but in Filipino, "pahinga muna" is to "take a break" and can be also interpreted as "retire (from work)". It's culturally ingrained in the Philippines to take care of the people who took care of you. This song has a band version (SB19 collab with Ben&Ben) and gives it a more celebratory feel.

"Wag mag-aalala, ipikit ang iyong mata, tahan na, pahinga muna, ako na.. "
These lines also translates to:
"Don't worry, close your eyes (for now), stop crying (implying that there would be nothing to worry or cry about no more for the days to come..), take your break for now, it's my turn (assuring Mama/Papa that he is taking over the burdens from now on, and asking them to let him do it this time..).
It can still be interpreted that way depending on the person's experience / circumstance watching the video.
Hey brother.. let me help you here. You are right when you said Ma is mama and the Pa is papa so they put it as MaPa. Remember when you were young, you ain't know anything. But there comes your parents to draw the lines for you that can serve as your guide in this life, that's what your mom did. She teaches you things, how to deal with things and how to do things in the proper way. Then here comes the time of you traveling this journey of life when your dad trained you how to continue even if how much it hurts at times in the journey. Filipinos, the title is a wordplay: mapa means map, but also could be ma and pa (short for mama, papa). My interpretation is that our parents are our foundation - good or bad, they have a big part in the direction our lives take. They sing about how the parents worked hard and put the kids first, so now that the kids are grown, the parents can rest and the children can take on the same responsibilities.

Not the "toxic insurance" theme but the son/daughter voluntarily wants to repay their parent's hard work.

I know this was 9 months ago. But I just really love watching reaction videos for MAPA. It's actually MA and PA, which means mom and dad (mama and papa in Filipino). And MAPA as in the map in English. I love how Pablo thinks of this as a concept of the song, where we are growing up and reaching our dreams with the guidance (that serves as the map to where we are going) of our mama and papa. That being said, no matter where we go, we know how to come back and give back to them for guiding us till we reach those dreams. I love you SB19!

Ma and Pa + Mapa(Map) it’s more like a song for those people who were on the other side of the world away from their parents. We Filipinos recognize the hardship and sacrifices of our parents, so we as much as possible pay them back by letting them rest to all the responsibilities they shouldered for us.
Mapa can have multiple meanings. Mapa straight up which is filipino/tagalog word for "Map" which indicates how our parents guide us to the right path. And notice that when u combine mama and papa it creates the word "Mapa". Also, have u noticed that when the song was talking about mama it revolved around eyes or in tagalog "mata" which indicates how our mother gives us a perspective on how we should see the world even as it changes. And when the song was talking about papa see how it revolved around feet or in tagalog "paa" which indicates how our father helps us stand on our feet and prepare for the world awaiting us. Also if u combine the tagalog word "Mata" and "Paa" it also spells out mapa.
