I have seen patients that would code if it took this long to connect to oxygen. Prior to intubation, you essentially paralyze the patient with vecuronium and induction anesthesia and fentanyl. With paralysis u lose control of diaphragm and become conpletely dependent on ventilator
This is wrong on so many levels. To intubate an awake patient and then telling coughing is the way to assess? The patient should have an adequate depth of anaesthesia before doing this. Those watching the video- this is exactly how you should not do an endotracheal intubation.
This is not an educational video for med student neither it is helping any layman person to understand anything about the procedure. Just for the sake of views it is being uploaded. And if any student is watching this.. I'm telling please never do intubation like this person is doing.

I can't believe a nurse don't know about PPE anyone know in which country this illegal activities going on? It's not the first time I see a RUclips video from this physician that the nurses are not wearing gloves, this is dangerous for the nurse and also for the patient, if anyone knows in which country this happening can reply, because I'm interested to know what that means that a doctor don't care that the nurse don't use PPE.
Only god can save these helpless patients from these self glorified great doctors of our society. Its completely unethical to justify your misdoings. How can they call themselves a doctor? In our country, anyone can do whatever they want to.
I'm Dr and i only saw 1 % patients are recovered after putting ET tube intubation and ventilator.. Because pt don't die of usual cause, but patient die because of ventilator associated infections abd sepsis, Specially in india due to poor hygiene in ward and in icu, a top standard protocols doesn't followed by hospitals...they always compromise on Quality they just make 💵 Because we killing patients on putting ventilator and we can't maintain that top level hygiene So we need a alternative option in india... For example this dr is alone not maintaining that hygiene and not wearing mask...😊
