    Fantastic success & I love your creative meals too! That pizza looked very good. What color do you use on your hair, it looks very nice. I loved seeing your walks, so beautiful there! I'm doing intermittent fasting since mid-December and have lost 8 pounds and I am very petite so it's big progress! I only want to lose about 8 more pounds. I eat usually between 10-2 or so, but I am flexible depending on the day. I am also eating mostly plant based whole foods. I have found eating balanced macros works best for me-so balancing protein, fat and carbs. When I was younger I ate low fat vegan but now it doesn't work for me, my body gets stressed from it. I am 1 1/2 year post menopause age 56.

      Thank you 💖 My hairdresser dyed my roots in a dark brown color, and highligts in lighter browns in the rest of the hair.
