Great tutorial, although I’m not sure I’m ready for this yet.
I ws taught to sew a line of stitches just inside the seam allowance on both sides where the opening is to be. A.k.a stay stitching. This controls stretching of the fabric, makes turning easier and neater.
Stitching should be removed but I usually leave it.
I was just about to start making a FQ-friendly bag and then i saw this mini one. Hmmm which one will i do? Both of course!
