Love it Micheal! I have been watching since your 1st video in the series, and you did an amazing job. I believe the B body community and collectibility factor is actually a little stronger than you might realize. Hats off to you and your sponsors for having undertaken the project. Really enjoyed your presentation style and the fact that you shared all of the part numbers used. Now add an LSA Supercharger to it or better yet a turbo :)
Thanks for all the kind words and support, Bubba. Part of me does wish I'd swung for the LSA, but we've got a really nice power balance now with the LS3... it's quick but not overwhelming, if that makes sense. Cheers!
Its about the experience.... at least thats what I tell myself. Building a Caprice on my channel now, not as nice as yours. The build looks great man!🦅
Just buy a rear ended Z28 for around $5000 and you're done. comes with everything... There are "free" ways to flash the PCM so no expensive HPTuners needed anymore... and you get to sell everything off the camaro you dont need. I have done several this way and after all is said and done i have probably made a profit.
This why I watching the one on BaT. I figured at 20-25k it would have been a good idea. But also would it really be faster or handle better than my stock ‘19 f-150 5.0? And you bought that wagon at the right time, my caprice wagon I paid up for.
Thanks for watching and the comment… I can say that, without a doubt, this is faster and handles a lot better than a 5.0 f150 (which I love too). An LS3 b body may be old but with the right suspension it’s lighter, lower, and tighter than the f150… even though that has a lot more passenger room and is terrific as a truck.
@@internetbrandsautogroup3826 I was thinking they’re about the same weight and power. Atleast the wagon can hold a sheet of plywood unlike the 5.5’ bed 🤣
@@Items-and-stuff hahah, very true. as for the weight, the roadie as it sits is just under 4,500 pounds. unless your truck is a regular cab, it's probably at or over 5k.
I have a 96 Roadmaster Wagon and a 95 Impala SS. Both need work. We got the wagon for $2500. First day my wife drove it a deer decided to jump out in front of it. Fender, hood grill are toast. Trying to find those parts. Anyway Love the build. Way out of my reach $.
OEM speakers with a Sony AX8100 Touchscreen and a small XS-AW8 underseat subwoofer that doesn't actually fit under the wagon's seats, haha. Not quite a banging system, but it sounds good enough. Some B-Body guys really load these up.
@internetbrandsautogroup3826 and your buddy owns a junkyard and your other buddy is a fabricator. I get it won't look as pretty as that wagon but it'll get the job done

Appreciate the kind words, thank you. And best of luck with your build!!!

Great advice, Wayne!

Sorry about that, sir. Good luck on the repairs!
What do you have for the sound system?

It can also be done CHEAP
Yup. If you live someplace with no emissions laws, and you already own all of the tools needed, you can toss junkyard and eBay parts into anything.

Obviously it's not worth it at all to put a boring LS in a Wagon....with all it's weight one should go straight for a SMX 😈
HAHAHAHA.
