Okay thanks. I was shocked when mine did not have it. It was on my order as well. It turns out that that the all of the hardtops come with headline with the hardtop order except Badlands and Black Diamond. The website did not make this distinction. When I went back a year later I found it. I ordered my Bronco in November 2021. They fixed this issue for 2023 and they all have the headliner.
I have a Badlands as well that was delivered to me in October 2022 (ordered in 2021). It came without a headliner. How did you get a free headliner? Who did you talk to, and what did you say.
Well It was actually on my build sheet when I submitted the order as a free option that I selected. So I went to the salesman before I took it home, and told them I had no sound deadening headliner. I asked them where it was, he made the parts dept order one for me since it should have been on the vehicle in the first place.
