Now people like milo yiannopoulos and affiliated use it as an "inspirational quote" as justification for the more controversial implications of extreme social conservatism. I get that people wouldn't know this unless theyre super into politics or academia, but that quote was originally about the roman empire, and if you've spent time in neo nazi spaces, they love to glorify classic greco-roman art as an attribute of how the white race is intellectually/artistically superior. Again, there isn't really a source for that, you kind of just have to know how neo nazis or "alt righters" operate. Those spaces aren't documented.

15:30 I had this moment myself last month. After school, some dudes from an Youth Leadership and Communication skills development course thing came to do a workshop at my school. After some explanation of what the importance of leadership and communication skills are, they asked for a volunteer to teach communication skills to, and almost instantly, I raised my hand. It was the most discomfort I have faced in the past 2 years at least, having to stand in front of like at least 100 kids, and being told to give a speech twice (once with how I usually am, and the the second with some tips from the dudes on how to improve my communication). Because all habits in life compound exponentially, as long as you keep going, your results just skyrocket. But at the beginning, you're putting in a lot of effort without seeing any results and that's where most people quit. If you haven't already read Atomic Habits, I feel like you'd resonate with it deeply!

13:29 so damn true, i’d say that’s why the saying “hard times make strong men, strong men make good times, good times make weak men” is also true. you don’t have good technology and comfort in bad times, so you are forced to become a better man.
PS. so grateful you made this channel, was starting to not wanna watch the main channel ngl, THIS content is what i love from you hamza

This guy is the teacher you want in your life. The things he says just makes so much sense that you pause the video and just be silent, pondering over the simple words he said, which we probably knew all the time, but never realised or decided to think deeply about it. Consistency is something that I find hard to achieve in my life (yeah, I'm a Jeffrey), but finding this dude's content had some effect in my life. If I could hold on to this and stay on it regularly, I know that I can be so much better than I am, and probably better than I thought I ever could be. I take notes from his videos and read em often to remind myself of the simple things which have the power to keep me motivated to sacrifice the comforts. Good luck to me on being consistent and good luck on your journey Hamza. Keep growing yourself and this community, make more men in this world of pussies.

Jesus christ Hamza! I seriously love your videos. You know i started gratitude journaling because of you and I actually wrote "Grateful for Hamza" - I honestly am. I did workout for some years on and off. I would eventually drop the gym grind as soon as I felt I was getting enough attention from people around me. But as I've began to dig into many of your videos I am gonna workout 5x a week for a lifetime. So far, I have not missed a single workout, unless of sickness for the past 4 months. Thank you for being you. It truly payed off

Even though i worked hard for my grade in high school and got an honorary degree in college , now that i lead my own way and there is no easy road to follow , i fell in this instant gratification, i watch netflix and play almost everyday , i am afraid to start looking for companies and not wanting to work on making my portfolio which will definitely help in finding jobs….i gusse i took a very long vacation aftre graduation, and this has helped me wake up…. I always knew what this is but u put a name to it and understand myself……thank you i feel like i can do better and try the harder stuff.

I don’t understand why you get so much hate. I put myself on this path of self improvement kind of blindly but I know the first initial steps I need to take. I quit vaping and started to exercise and got tf off of social media and that was helping but I didn’t fully understand how much more I truly needed and seeing your videos helped fill in the gaps. Thanks g

Aye bro i got some ideas that you just brought to me, and i can totally relate to this video it's shocking and truthful because your comfort zone will kill your success. Your comfort zone will set you up for failure, and if you let dominate your state of mind, you're going to have so much regret, and just become a person that you told yourself you would hate to become. I love you guys and I appreciate you Hamza for not quitting RUclips fam and bringing this video into light for us and sharing your experiences, much love and man one day who knows but we can set up a reality show or something about this who know lol. But thank you so much for this and much love for you all!

Hamza, this is really the valuable content I needed from you, and still need in fact. You got me into the gym consistently for 3 months last march. You got me to seek discomfort by moving out (temporarily). I had this burning desire to find a girlfriend, so I decided moving out was the best move. I now live away from home, and have honestly not been making any progress whatsoever on self improvement. I turned to your current videos for help, but they cannot help me. You seem much less accessible and relatable than back then, a year ago. I remember listening to all of your long-form unedited videos during work driving around. You inspired me, and researching this video made me remember how inspirational you used to be for me. You've somehow lost that in the past half year. Nevertheless, I want to thank you for all you've done for me (us). I hope you can somehow return to the immense value you provided in this era of videos.

Hamza, I just want to let you know that your videos have really inspired me in so many ways. I’ve been watching you for the past year or so and honestly everything that you talk about is so relatable. Because, I also grew up being a very weak person and I am just now stepping into my strength and it is hard as fuck! But I feel so freaking good about myself when I do the things that are hard. Because I understand that not everyone can do that and it makes me feel so much more confident in myself to be able to go after the things that I truly want in life. Just know that you are doing an amazing thing for our young people. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

while watching the video and hearing it in the background, You said something about that the start of like going to the gym and there's no instant gratification of like instant muscle, you're not going to get the rewarded on the first day. I have a different kind of thought. You actually DO get rewarded, but in like SUPER small amount like 0.01% of the reward you want. If you go to train everyday your muscles get stronger and bigger by 0.01%. You are now 0.01% closer to be that one buff guy you dream of.
