As a FFP member, I could not sign in to the app with the same credentials. Is this separate from my FFP membership?
you have to create another sign in for the app. I got an email about it, I think they're rolling those out in phases for members but should have everyone covered by next week, might want to contact support if you don't. What I'm confused about is this video mentions a $9 trial of the app, thats the first I've heard of any additional fees for the app, I thought it was included with any active FFP membership.
It’s included with any active FFP membership! The $9 trial is for non members who want to try a membership!
And yes! New login credentials are needed to access the app.
