He is not only a brilliant brilliant drummer, but a very modest and (seems to me) shy person....just a gem of a man. in fact, my hero. I wish i could play like him.....sort of thing....
This guy is genius wherever loops and electro sounds are needed, so cool Andy!
Always thought this guy was especially underrated as a drummer.
This is brilliant.. Just shows that he's not only an awesome drummer, but he knows what he's talking about and is a really nice guy as well! Seen him live with Chase & Status three times now and he never fails to impress... Flawless!
I LOVE Andy! Such an amazing lovely guy and incredible drummer
Huge drummer!!! Check out his playing when at live concerts with Spice Girls in 1997 - 98...
''It makes you sound better than what you really are'' .... love his humble stance x
Genius as always andy!!
Love this
one of the nicest guys you could meet
He played with Jeff Beck in 2021 when I saw them...and met JB. Jennifer Batten was on guitar and Randy Hope-Taylor on bass. RIP Jeff Beck ...the BEST guitarist ever.
This guy is one of the best drummers i've ever seen but it also proves that the best drummers aren't always the best teachers, he seems to be quite vague when he attempts to explain how he does it and then when he gets too nervous he seems to just go "i'll show you what i mean" im not dissing this guy he is a fucking god. I think im more just giving a warning to anyone who wants to learn an instrument not to necessarily go with who plays the best. I am a guitarist incase your wondering
brilliant bro...
Listen Tribes, vibes and scribes..... a Incognito album with this great drummer !!!
Any one knows what track is the AMEN BREAK beat is from....???
The Amen break is a drum break that has been widely sampled in popular music. It comes from the 1969 track "Amen, Brother" by the soul group the Winstons, released as the B-side of the 1969 single "Color Him Father". The drum break lasts about seven seconds and was performed by Gregory Coleman.
Talent.
