Man, these look fantastic! Absolutely love the paint jobs you’ve done to them! Definitely like how you tried to mimic the Doe’s colors as opposed to what Rexy looks like.
i like the fact they noticed the thicker tail on the male in the movie and incorporated that into the design, it works like the extra neck skin does, almost sporran like. the games don't even do that with the same male, other adult males in other jp media don't have that difference either. a word about the paint ap, its some of the best colour blending i've seen, great striping too.
Hey Andy the old w dragon rex is indeed 1:35 as its 39 cm being 44ft the height is 19 cm but that’s cuz of its pose , regarding there new jp rex it’s more 1:40 as it’s 12 cm tall including the base and 34 cm long which is just …. To small
I just bought the Hammond Collection Rex as my first-ever JP collectible purchase, but man these are making me consider this as my TLW rexes rather than the potential Buck rex Mattel is theoretically making
Because Artic Figure made them by himself, it’s not like mass produce or huge group of team made them. And beside 3D printed and resin in general are expensive as heck, not to mention the time and effort of cleaning & assemble the pieces together for each figures took a lot time which is definitely cannot be done in 1 day for each figures

The articulation is what prevents me from buying them. First thing i did with my collosall raptor and rex before i painted them, was gluing the parts in place and than fill all the holes with clay. The buck paint is 100% not accurate btw.

I use Apple barrel brand paints that you find at Walmart mostly. Or similar brands that you'll find at stores like Michaels. They are really cheap paints but they work well. You could have better paint jobs if you get higher quality paints but those paints have always worked well for me.

That's not 100% true, there is actually a fair amount of debate on the subject. There isn't really enough evidence to prove which one is larger on average.
Anyone hoping to get these figures will be disappointed to find out that artic figures deleted all social media and websites :/ I guess he was scamming people

Buck rex has an ever so slight difference to the doe, pretty good! it has the iconic short head and big jaw

Painted them while assembled. I always do it that way when possible to help the paint stay consistent.
