When there is an elevation I go with dual motor, mode 2) I've had it for a month, when I got it, before charging it, I drained the battery, not completely, but to about 20%. Do you think the battery could have been defective? And another thing, have you changed any parts of the scooter since you got it? I also want to give you some info, I lowered the P02 panel from 52 to 48 and it lasted 32 kilometers, but Kugo told me to leave it at 52V. Regards ^^

I handle in the rain very well , maybe if you put the wheels in deep water can cause problems but on this video the rain was really strong and he does his job perfectly . Greetings from Italy ! 🫶
@@Brandon--27 Indeed the inside of the deck has a lot of unpainted areas and no drain hole, so water will get in, and cause rust. I've seen this happen with the G4 from another RUclipsr who pressure washed his scooter 😆 They are the same IP rating.

I think is not normal , you have to contact the support because is not possible to have a range that low . Sorry for that
