This thing is so bad man. Dude they need to learn like regular on a bmx bike and get wrecked if they fall bro. She is gettting so comfortable that she fully let go of the bars that’s is so dangerous bro. Maybe use that after she gets how to wheelie a bmx. But till then no way I’d be letting her try out on the Surron again bro.
@@larrytaylor2692 wheeling a bmx is a lot different. i ride bmx and surron and i can hold balance point a hell of a lot easier on my surron than my bmx. but if she let go without the wheelie bar she would have 100% ate shit and probably been scared to try again. that's the whole point of a wheelie bar so you can get the basics down and try it without it later. same shit as learning to ride a bike with training wheels. it's meant to just build muscle memory, not meant for you to think you'll be having it trailing behind you on the streets.
I’m 45 and have never been able to wheelie a dirt bike. But have been watching videos over winter and bought my daughter a CRF70 for Christmas. It’s warming up now and today we got it out for her to ride. I got on it and was able to wheelie further than I ever have before I’ll have it down on her little bike by the end of summer for sure.
@@Obt_dairies she likes the little bike but she’s 11 now and I’ve taught her how to drive a standard so now she just wants to drive my truck all the time. We have lots of trails around for her to practice on.
What really helped me learn how to wheelie, is to just bring the bike up into the balance point , coasting for a second then popping it back down. Helped me with my confidence in the brake, the muscle memory to use the brake, and also got me used to the whole motion of bringing it up.
A little smoother on the throttle (Less chop) and she has it no problem! So much fun watching people progress on the wheelie machine with confidence they otherwise wouldn't have!
So fun to watch her progress; the only thing that came to mind is the first few pumps where she was pulling back on the bars hard unevenly. I remember an instructor reminding us that we don’t (wheelie/accelerate/lean) the bike; the bike does. Have her just focus on the throttle to bring the front end up, not jerking on the bars so hard, and it will come up more straight

Finished building my 16s 20ah 18650 battery pack for my razor pocket mod with a 3000 w motor. Will be making the 3rd module for bring it up to 72v and fully charged at 84v it's going to be wicked.

When shes coming down out of a wheelie try not to hit the brake realy hard or your going to go over the handle bars i hit the brakes like one time the i do touch the throttle until im down
The key to a good wheely is keep your head up and with straight arms and the finger on the rear brake. If you only move a bit your head to downwards and curl your arms the wheely will end unfortunately.
I seen a ton of people try to teach "how to wheelie" even using a wheelie machine but you break it all down perfectly. Add another side hustle *sur-ronster wheelie school* charge a few bucks plus a vid..
This is actuallly SO fucking cool dude. I have ridden motorbikes just casually over my life but always was too scared to pop a wheelie. Even on just a 125cc dirtbike, in the dirt, its still really scary and obviously easy to waste yourself if you fuck up. I wish I had the opportunity to try a contraption like this.
I think I would make the wheele machine much safer and instill more confidence in the rider if there was a (removable) plate on the floor construction covering the gaps between the struts. Those boots saved her from some serious pain. Great tool to enable more people to explore beyond their comfort zone though.

I am just over 6' and 187lbs, when I leave my arms extended and my ass as far back that I can feel the end of the seat, the fully stock Surron (L1e street legal) comes up to the balancd point just by throttle at ~6mph. It's a lot of fun but so far I wasnt brave enough to try and hold it. If I was only afraid about myself it would be easier, but I am also aftaid of breaking something expensive on the bike (rims, shocks, frame) 😅
I couldn’t tell if the guy who told them to pack it up was telling the truth about his supervisor being the one who told him to kick them out. Guess I do get it though, that parking lot was hella crowded… not!

a good tip for sturters is to hug the bike with your legs a lot so u stay on the bike

Make sure that little wheel in the back is straight and the machine will track straight. Just lift the back of machine and see if small wheel turns.
