These actors are incredibly talented. They perform dramas, songs and movies to please us as a profession. Their personal life is their private concern. I watched some episodes of Secret Garden and watched Crash landing on you and totally love him in Cloy. He was handsome in Secret Garden, but too skinny and nowhere charming like in his later roles. Song Hye Kyo was always pretty. Sure she looked young and more natural in roles like Auntumn in my heart or Full house. Aging naturally is a beautiful thing! I get more upset when I see older people try to unnaturally maintain youth with too much cosmetic surgery. A 40 year old person has experienced life, and unless they have totally let themselves go to the detriment of their health, I think everyone has the right to be their natural self.
