BLess her heart, Park MIn Young didn't shock me the most, but she is the actress I had to stop watching because her face had the same expression in forecasting the weather no matter what...maybe it was nerve damage from the surgeries so now I feel sorry for her...
Hello bbali, can you do a segment like this also for Lee Min Ho? Or better yet, do you have a close connection to him that you can get a message to him about some of his observant fans like me who want to beg him to please bring back his real face and real teeth structure? I dont know how to reach this concern to him since im just an ordinary person. But when he got out of military on 2019, his face and teeth were already different, and from that year onwards, he displayed many different faces and teeth and i dont know what made him do that. He already had a perfect out-of-this-world beautiful face and teeth before 2019, it is very heartbreaking that he threw that all away :( So from the king eternal monarch onwards, his out-of-the-ordinary gift in acting got badly affected too because his face that used to have very effective visual when expressing all sorts of emotions, cannot be like that anymore because of the face-change that he did. His modelling got affected too. Used to be, it didnt matter what hairstyle you see in him or what clothing, his face and teeth looked stunning in whatever angle and even in stolen shots. Even in gangnam 1970 where he was filled with dirt and dressed in rag with messy hair, you cant make him look ugly coz his face and teeth were just stunning. But starting 2019, almost all his modelling photos begin to look weird. The last photo of him in instagram where he was still in his real face and teeth was on april 2018 when he got a vacation/break from military. His hair was so short there yet he looked stunning still even without makeup. Sadly, that is the last photo of his real face and teeth :( Can you help get to him this message of concern bbali? Coz maybe he thinks he looked better after the face and teeth change , so he needs to be told the truth before it is even more too late for him to undo his wrong and self-destructive decision :( m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid09phSj2b9TBQ4sumUqwakb1oUaMDXbu3ZVWW2sWscMFS9LT56xDEghm6719k6sNYal&id=1080166892 m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid08M5U3NWwSx6xsRFFabC3en8iQsGF9mkr3gCcSX4bcqoa624WYGXeUhKAnpYtMGpHl&id=1080166892
It's weird that everyone in Korea practically gets some procedure done, yet when they find out someone got something done, they bash them publicly. It's so hypocritical.
@@jiminswriter4209the really poor ones of course don't but Koreans probably have the most people with plastic surgery done in the world. Even saying that doesn't justify shaming them 🤬
@@jiminswriter4209 lol not true. Over half of Koreans openly admit to it and Korean doctors themselves confirm numbers are higher than reported due to not everyone admitting it. Lastly, medical tourism for plastic surgery in Korea is in single digit percentile of procedures. Koreans hate themselves and will always think they're ugly. It's one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.
Respect for Kim Go Eun. She always got criticism due to her looks but she never went for plastic surgery. Even now people call her that she isn't beautiful enough. But she chose to not change herself.
She is beautiful, actually. Just googled about her =O By the way Taiwanese veteran actress Brigitte Lin aged gracefully. She is one of the most beautiful celebrities that I have seen in my whole life =O
Aging must be brutal for famous people: don't get surgery and you might be cast aside, get surgery and your appearance will be scrutinized by thousands of people, after which you might be cast aside as well.
It’s more about the roles offered to you, if you are a good actor( like Kim Hyesoo for example) you will be offered good roles that fit your age ,but if you only take romantic leads, you won’t do much because these shows are watched mostly by young generations who wants to see young actors and nothing wrong about it. some actors don’t accept that fact and instead of developing their acting and going for different roles they only choose romantic
It's important to remember that a lot of us aren't Koreans living in Korea, so the societal expectations and pressure is just something we're watching from afar. I just hope everyone in the industry is taking care of themselves. I think it's good to call out harmful aspects of the industry, without attacking the actors, as they're just victims of a harmful industry culture.
@@anastasiag9739 Yes but a part of supporting other women while talking about the harmful things in society is to admit that pressure can be the reason they make this choice. I mean we don't know what they've been told, and from what age.
@avacho485 The video is about Koreans, so that's what I made my comment about. It may not be taboo in Korea, but it is a capitalistic venture that profits of women's insecurities and applies systemic societal pressure to make money. My comment was about not judging people for this societal pressure. Never did I say they were forced, or its a sob story. But some Koreans have spoken about being forced by agencies, so you can read up on that if you'd like.
In the US the pressure to appear endlessly youthful and beautiful at a different standard is high too. There may be a movement for self acceptance, but has not stopped celebrities from going under a scalp,
I’ve been a fan of Park Min Young and have noticed the difference in her appearance, especially in her latest role. She looks exceedingly thin, and her face hardly expresses emotion., which makes her acting wooden and less believable. Sad. 😞
Society needs to be careful with all the hate, cancel culture and online bullying. We have lost too many actors to this. Please remember these are real people…
This is why i appreciate Song Jihyo beauty. You can clearly see she's aged with wrinkles (that's actually totally normal), and she's still so graceful and gorgeous. Like her smile is really nice to look at because she doesn't do botox, or even if she did, it's minimal
Girlies of Running Man seem to age backwards 😭 Jihyo and Somin look way younger their age. It still blows my mind that they still have the youthful glow!
Sometimes the more "natural" looking people are the ones that regularly have minimal changes instead of the ones that do a big facial change once a year
Park Min Young always be changing. I used to love her way back City Hunter. That's where I first saw her and I find her really cute especially her button nose. Then Healer and I noticed the changes but still minimal and she still radiates the cuteness that I love. Through the years, she seems to be doing more changes and now, she looks completely different. It's kinda sad tbh.
i love her in secretary kim...she is very beautiful & stunning..i never thought she had plastic surgery...but when i see her in Love Contract, i dunt like her...she us very skinny, her face look weird...sorry for her..
She sure looked so cute in city hunter and healer was my fav look of her but her recent changes in her face whether its surgery or loosing weight just took away those cuteness.😢
The problem with Park Min Young is that in the latest drama her face muscles were moving strangely. It will affect the way she delivers her future performances. Her right side of the face is moving like she had a stroke. In the end the plastic surgery will only ruin her. One shouldn't sacrifice their health for 10-20 years of career.
@@greentearainEso fue lo que más me llamo la atención, es como si tuviera alopecia. Definitivamente se ve extraña, hasta sus expresiones se ven muy rígidas.
Agree with this thread - her face is frozen which impacts her acting, she looks like she wore wigs for the entire drama/weird hairline & SOOOO skinny. The drama centered around meal times with her 'husband' but NOT ONCE did she actually put a cup or spoon to her mouth. How sick is it that she wouldn't even pretend to eat. Her body looks sickly thin. It's sad, really
She went overboard with the masseteer botox, which caused that stroke- like appearance and hollow cheeks. If she stops getting injections she should go back to her old face in a few months
Watching Park Min Young in Healer again... That face or time I guess is one of her "best" look. Though her face kinda looked chubby, it suited her so well and she looked very very pretty when smiling and even when she was crying.
@@mycah1993 Yes true. She was dolled up in her other series like What's Wrong With Secretary Kim and Private Life, while in Healer, she was at her simplest look but she slayed it. Hope her face doesn't get thinner.
Yoon Eun Hye is a hugeeee part of why I fell in love with K-dramas. 😢 Let these ladies live. I can't imagine the pressure they go through while being scrutinized by the public eye.
PMY appears to have a bit too much filler around the cheek bone area, a common technique to elevate cheek and reduce nasolabial folds. The effects can be reversible/minimized. Surgeons can inject enzyme to dissolve the filler.
@@ff_m3570 probably a mix of being underweight, buccal fat removal surgery, face and neck lift and also tooooo much cheekbone filler and botox. also i heard that she got her chin done too. nothing wrong with any of these but i think she overused them. she still looks pretty but it’s obvious that she changes her face a lot
It's the filler. In the last 10 years young women were encouraged to get injectable fillers because it's "not permanent" and "dissolves" over time. Come to find out that it is more permanent than initially believed and it doesn't dissolve over time, it migrates and settles with gravity. This causes the deep/saggy creases in the nasolabial folds and under eyes, jowls, etc. It was also really popular to fill the tear ducts a few years ago. But now plastic surgeons say never to do that because it causes bags to form over time because the filler has nowhere to go. It just pools up making the under eye look swollen and puffy. Unfortunately a lot of female celebrities will be aging very poorly for the next decade or so because of how popular injectable fillers were. Anyone who wants filler really needs to weigh the long term effects and consider how it will change your face over time. It's not something just to try once and expect it to go back to normal in 6 months to 2 years. There are lasting changes with every single injection, so young people should never treat it like a preventative measure against wrinkles/aging. Just wait until you actually "need" it, once you're at least in your mid-late 30s or early 40s. That's the best time to dabble, because if you start too young you're going to end up like Kylie Jenner, and need to top off your filler every 6 months for the next 20+ years and your face will end up unnatural and doughy looking or you'll be sunken and droopy like some of the actresses here. It's not worth it.
Fans defending them for their plastic surgeries saying "it's their business", "their choice", "it made them happy", don't realize that the celebrities are actually victims and that saying things like that only helps to create more victims. The fact is that those celebrities were pressured into surgeries. And now they have to live with the effects. It's a mental health issue that people are encouraging. The same with the trend of extreme thinness. Fans should understand that even celebrities are human. And instead of expecting "perfect looks" they should ask for "normal, healthy, human looks". We should demand to see celebrities of normal weight, to see the signs of ageing like wrinkles and gray hair. Celebrities are humans and human beings get old. Stop chasing "youthful looks".
Bravo, well written. Once they start walking this road, it will turn into a vicious, neverending cycle: Like biting into an apple given by a snake, plastic surgery will come back and bite all those people in the ass. Or face, rather.
The devil promised to give you false Hope, fame, glamor, fortune--hoping for a Day in the spotlight, but all end up paying for the pains, sufferings, (after fame is shame), consequences of it after, in the dark for the rest of your life.
Yoon Eun Hye went through rehabilitation for alcoholism, is normal that people features change during a hard process like that, also she is now on WSG and looks completely different to "the recent picture" she was for almost 2 years out of public
Woah, I think Yoon Eunhye is just aging, like every human does. It's rather ridiculous that actresses are criticized for trying to look young with PS, but when they do end up showing their age, they're also bashed for it. Chubby cheeks/faces tend to sag with age, it looks cute when you're younger, but it's a 'disadvantage' when you get older. Maybe if we didn't condemn women for aging, more actresses would choose not to do PS.
It has been confirmed that she's had filler in her cheek and lips and turned out that the filler in the cheek area was bad. Also, she definitely did something with her nose. 38 is not that old if she did take care of herself properly.
I actually think Yoon Eun Hye is aging quite beautifully. Whether she got plastic surgery in the past or not, she still looks pretty. Of course not "teenager-like pretty" but more like elegant and beautiful.
I think she never got any plastic “surgery” but did get lots of injections/botox which is supposed to be anti-aging but I think it made her face too stiff and bloated sometimes. Korean celebrities are held to such high standards its near impossible to to appease the public cuz they’re crazy about perfect skin and facial proportions but those change with age cuz skin wrinkles and droops, lips get thinner and noses actually continue growing wider and droopier.
@@peaches7181 that's what i thought. Plastic surgeries are always so obvious when you grow older and she doesn't looked like that. I do know that a lot of celebrities get botox and skin care stuff, so its not a surprise.
Sad thing is korean doesn't even like tjis comment. They are so used to comments like " omg you look like highschooler, you look like an angel, omg are you even human you look so effing flawless" that they don't appreciate genuine comment.
if you check all her WSG Wannabe, Kilimanjaro and her vlog videos, she looks really pretty. About her seemingly changing face (bloated/slim), it's probably a medical condition. I read an article about her medical conditions and bloating is one of its side effects among others.
This gets to a point where it seems to be an addiction. I got a nose job this year, and I can tell you, after the pain that I had to endure, I convinced myself that I won't submit my body to any other procedure that's as invasive as it was. Of course we all have insecurities, but I've learned that accepting yourself is a journey that sometimes needs professional help. Getting too many surgeries and procedures, is not sane or helpful. It is not normal. I wished they could all find happiness in the future regardless of what society thinks of wrinkles.
The reason why I'm one of Song Ji Hyo and Jeon So Min since both of them joined Running Man as Permanent members, I'm also amazed at how both of them never got any plastic surgery on their faces at all
I feel for these actresses. They were only trying to keep a career and make a living. It’s hard when you are not as naturally pretty like some other actresses. But there is always a price to be paid for artificial beauty eventually. That’s the hard reality.
I think the first woman still looks decent, she just seems to have a bit more hollower face like weight loss and aging. Don’t know hold old she is, but does not seem that much like surgery side affects. But the other woman looked very bissare. Especially the last woman who had very weird and gangnam unnie looking chin.
@@shalbec3232 can you imagine their situation though? A lot of regular people feel insecure about their looks. Think about these people who is on camera and constantly judged by people. I don’t know how it’ll feel but i don’t think it’ll be easy to be confident with yourself. It’ll be hard to be confident with yourself especially if you have low self esteem.
I think societal pressure has a lot to do with it. Korea is all about looks, and being a celebrity, mostly women, they are getting outrageous plastic surgery to keep up with the younger generation of actresses. It's the same here in America, however, I don't think we are that dogmatic about it. The V shape face, the skinny stick body, the powder white skin. These are just a few pressures that I have seen Koreans put on their own. I don't think plastic surgery is a bad thing. If a person wants to make a change, that's fine, but when you abuse it, and you start to look plastic, face not able to move, and also looking old, then these people need to stop with the surgery. Trying to obtain perfection? That will never happen. We will all get old and age. Some people will age better than others. Honestly, Asian people age quite well, just like Black people, and that's without the surgery.
And what about actresses like Bae Donna, Jeon Do-yeon or Kim Hee-Ae. I don't know if they fit the standard of beauty in Korea. But I adore them. Their appearance, their age are the things that make them special. And of course their talent. Sometimes it happens that I don't watch a series or a movie, because the actress is too plastic. I just can't.
People criticise for aging and people critisise for "fixing" it. You can't please everyone and you can't win either way. I don't know what people want them to do. I just wish everyone can just be happy in their own skin regardless of what others say.
Park min young I wish I could tell her face to face that she is beautiful no need for jawline surgery i ddnt watch her recent drama so I was clueless of her current looks it's truly visible she got jawlines done it's not weightloss and I miss her previous look even if she had surgery previously too but doing it more just ruined image of a girl I saw on Healer and city hunter she look ok but its good to remember less is more
Yoon Eun Hye, went through a lot mentally. She had a life crisis as far as i know, due to the fact that she had broken relationships that wore heavy on her heart. She felt lonely. So i think her depression got something to do with the drastic change. Because stress ages you the most. I think she tried to "fix" that with plastic surgery but it didn't work out.
I think Yoon Eun Hye's more relate to aging. It's part of life, we'll all go through it no matter what. IMO, what really matters is that I hope&pray that she is content with her life milestones.
Imagine being a celebrity that too in society with crazy beauty standards like South Korea.I have major respect for Kim Go Eun.This girl is not only pretty& talented but also brave.
PMY was kinda slim in LIC. She lost a bit of weight. Her latest pics are much better , her face became much rounder and soft and she looked pretty. Yoon Eun-hye is pretty too. I don’t know why ppl said she ruined her face due to plastic surgery when she’s tht pretty. Both are in their late 30s so of course their appearance changed too. When you’re pushing 40, you won’t be looking like you’re in your 20s, no?
@@anushkaverma9506 oh I searched and looked closely to his face before and now. There are changes tho. I thought maybe it was bcoz puberty had hit him pretty late. Based from the article I read, it's a rumor and haven't been confirmed yet.
As long as it doesn't become an unhealthy addiction, I think if plastic surgery makes someone feel more self confident, then it's their own business. If it does become an addiction then it is up to themselves, and the people around them (friends and family) to intervene, and if as a fan you don't like it, just simply change fandoms, and don't be an asshole about it.
The reason someone does not feel confident is because society is tellkng them they are ugly and that is what has to happen. Living up to a beauty standard that represents like 1 percentbod your population is absurd. Everyone should fire back and anti discrimination legislation needs to be passed. Korea is still very backwards in some ways. And the risk of any surgery is still there. Not worth it. All types of people should be embraced all over the world
Unfortunately, Park Min Young has destroyed what beauty she had. Her face looks terrible. She was quite lovely prior to this latest disaster. Now she looks older and a little frightening. She pushed plastic surgery too far. What a pity!!
You mean self confident? That a very big lie you can't change yourself if you have Self-confidence .it means trusting in yourself doing plastic surgery that means you don't have self confidence
@@multicolor8476 As a loyal fan, you're just being concerned about your idol, so it's not really bad to call her out that she's already ruining her health and appearance.
I know someone who had cheek & lips filler at younger age, so when she was in the older age, her aging looks odd bcos the size of fillers remain the same ‘puffy’ while everything else wrinkles with age….Price to pay for plastic surgeries
A lot of idols are abusing the use of plastic surgery when they really didn't have to. Just wanting to be as perfect as possible. The side effects will comeback later when they get older, but most know they aren't going to be active anymore by then. You won't recognize them anymore and they are fine with that. Actresses on the other hand have it more hatd, considering they work till older ages, and they appears occasionally in front of cameras, so People tend to witness the big changes.
Being 43 and having no wrinkles isn't a big deal. I'm almost 45, no plastic surgery and I don't have any wrinkles. Most people say I look like I'm in my early thirties. lol
I was thinking the same thing. She doesn't look unreasonably youthful for her age at all. I know plenty of people who look just as well at that age. People really just be reaching
Same. I’m 45 and no wrinkles. Is there a set age that ppl are supposed to get wrinkles? People just love to nitpick. Also do we know for 100% that they had surgery? Maybe just fillers or something. Anyway isn’t the acting that’s important…
I really admire courage of actress like Park Shin Hye, Kim Go Eun, etc to not go for surgery due to pressure... Many knetz pointed out about them not fitting korean beauty standards and lot of negative comments about their look... I feel glad that they embraced their look and are aging gracefully😊
Surgery is becoming more common all around the world because we all are obsessed with beauty so much and alot of people are insecure about there appearance not just celebs but everyone 😢😢nobody cares about becoming a better person for the society but just beauty
No... You are wrong not all around world..... But East Asian countries full of Korean cosmetic plastic surgery.......( I mean Korea is world number 1 cosmetic plastic surgery country) Other countries people are naturally beautiful
The video got it all wrong on Eun Hye. Look at her latest vlog (2024) and she still looks pretty much the same, she's just aged a bit which is normal, it's life. I mean she turns 40 this year and she's still very pretty. The photos in the video were just bad photos taken at that time
Some of these people are just getting older, you guys. You think Eun hae is going to to look 20 forever and that’s not how things are. Same thing w Ariana. It’s SAD that people have to apologize for changing. She was in her 20’s in the 2000’s like wtf it’s not cool. Same thing w Eminem. Yea, ppl don’t get stuck in time!😂❤
I think she is a actress works very hard in her roles don’t allowed negative talk ruined your life when you decide to be come and actress you will be open to negative talk be strong continue with your work
I'm just glad that my favorite actresses: Jung So-min and Song Ji-hyo are natural beauties🖤 They're not afraid to appear bare-faced because they're confidently beautiful. Simple but timeless beauties.
I'd be interested in a video about Korean actors with visible plastic surgery that messed up their expressions. One that comes to mind is Lee Dong Wook.
Lee Dongwook didn't really get any plastic surgery done. He still has a monolid but the only difference is that his eyes have sunk significantly over the years. He didn't show up with a double eyelid in a day, but rather it kind of happened throughout 2009-2016 ish?? He also has a humped nose which tilts downwards when he smiles, which is a sign of a natural nose
You see how famous is Yoon Eun hye....the most replayed part in this video is Yoon Eun hye part....I don't think she went under surgery...she is pretty since birth y'all go see her childhood photo especially when she is baby or around 3 years old I don't see difference..I just see a fine woman who's aging naturally.also I love her acting until now I wish she will get project and appear in our screen as a female lead again she is a very versatile actress and one of the best actress in kdramaland
Her cheeks is already like that even when she is young...just take the coffee prince drama as example..that time she is young...I already see the lines of her cheeks back then and now it appear more because of aging..also medical reasons ,and because of alcohol addiction and depression she went through.
Ji Chang Wook had a successful nose surgery but I think he had it touched again plus botox, his acting definitely was affected because the middle of his face doesn't crunch anymore. We'll never see Empress Ki era Wookie again.
Park so min said that picture at 0:40 was not her, but people still keep using it. She started acting at a very young age, so long time fans know that the 'before' pic isn't her. Please make some research before spreading misinformation.
PMY looked so different in her newest drama. She did something more to her jaw shape and it looks way too small for her face now, almost uncomfortably small, like I hope she's okay.
This makes me more In awwh of Son Ye-jin natural beauty. I’m sure she’s had a bit of work but she lookfs fantastic! At 40 she looks 30 ! She needs to share her beauty secrets 😭
Song hye kyo is the most beautiful in k drama land she's more beautiful than son ye Jin I'm not her fan but s she's the most beautiful iv seen in k drama land not son ye jin
In the drama 39 released earlier this year, Son Ye-jin just looks absolutely fantastic. I'm not normally a fan, but she was incredibly gorgeous in that drama.
Yoon eun hye doesn't look very different... If you watch enough of her in dramas and on those game shows. That's her face! Aside from the aegyo Sal at least which is new, it's judt her older face with a few fillers tbh. Which makes sense if she's trying to maintain the serious plumpage she had in youth since collagen decreases with age. I always thought she wasn't that pretty but I loved all her stuff lol. I'm shocked people are being so harsh when she looks like herself. Her cheeks were always big and slightly sagged, even the odd dimpling has always been there. Most natural one on that list! I'm sad to see what's happened to Chae Rim, she was always so lovely and had a face that could work both cold and super soft looks. Insecurities really can hit anyone huh. :/
Plastic surgery will only help temporarily. As time will go by it will be harder for them to accept the reality of aging, so they will dive deep into more surgeries and end up looking like scarecrows. It will surley affect their mental health, and for what? 5 minutes of fame?
I don’t get it! It’s called aging! Your face is supposed to change with time, surgery or no surgery… you can’t expect that people will look the same as they did when they were in their teens.
I'm not the only one who noticed the difference in park min young here. I've been a fan of her since City Hunter and she used to be very lovely with her chubby cheeks and cute appearance. Unfortunately, I can't really see her face in her latest drama 'love in contract' bcs she looks extremely different, ugh too bad, idk whether it's because of her significant weight loss or she's just got another plastic surgery.
Hwasa gets bashed for not following the k-pop beauty standards, shes got naturally tan skin and hasn't has surgery to change her features. I think she's absolutely gorgeous, yet people find her unattractive...thats so incredibly sad.
I’m sorry but it’s obvious that Yoon Eun Hye got surgery and even if she did, there’s nothing wrong with it. I just get iffy when people say it’s just age but aging doesn’t make your lips look stout and just your overall facial expressions stiff. Anyone can see a difference between aging and plastic surgery.
Totally agree with you.. I am 35 now with high cheekbones & chubby face, but I don't look like her with stiff or you can obviously see the fillers and botox botched thing..
I would say these are the long term side effects of surgery. definitely they all did ps. the thing is with ps it came with peak moment then the long term side effects. I remember watching from ps RUclips channel, they said for cheek reducing (forget the name) surgery you should opt for the minimum amount of cheek taken because along with you growing older your own cheek will reducing in size too. so you shouldn't take the amount of cheek too much. I'm sure there are many other side effects of other procedure too. so yeah In the end you do ps or not aging will always catch you up in any other form. just accept it
It's messed up yoon eun hye is in this list, she dealt with alcohol addiction and depression this has significant impact on one's appearance, I don't see any change in the shape of her features it's more of a general tiredness and puffiness of the face. And they compare this to photos of her when she was 17. The issue is that the height of the beauty is being a teenager under that book.
If we as a society will stop criticising people’s looks, maybe plastic surgery wouldn’t be so common. Why criticise something that people are born with? Aging is completely normal. Nobody looks the same forever. There’s no problem in complimenting someone’s looks but if you don’t have anything nice to say about someone’s looks just don’t say it at all.
PMY doesnt have that youthful look like before. It’s more sunken look. Looks weird and can make one look older. Plump face is what makes you look youthful.
Literally watched a video on the side effects of over doing fillers and botox on the face and I think that most of these celebrities suffer from it. Once you get fillers and botox they literally have to keep getting them done to maintain the look that they want and making it worse in the long run
I don't think you should generalize when saying not a single actor or actress hasn't done something on their faces, while many have done so there are actors & actresses who haven't so don't say it as if all of them have
Having plastic surgery sounds really scary. You can to have real trust in the surgeon who is basically either going to destroy your life or make you live a better life. I cannot take this risk
I don’t understand this trend (that’s been going on for some time now) of making eyes bigger. My mom came back from Korea some years back and when I discovered she’d had that surgery I was so upset. she’s Korean and her eyes were beautiful before the surgery. I love beauty. And beauty is more than outward appearance. It’s bit by bit learning to be comfortable in your own skin. And embracing one’s true self.
Plastic surgeries are disgusting. Props to celebrities who go it without them and use their physical uniqueness work for them instead of ruining their bodies.
With or without plastic surgery I really don’t care, their body their choice plus its their own money anyway and its part of their job to look pleasing for everyone so I cannot blame them if they want to get something done. Also, isn’t it annoying if some strangers are telling you on how you should live your life? They’re all adults and capable of thinking what is right or wrong, you might be right but if it happens that their choice results in a bad consequence then let them learn from it.
I think it's sad that girls are pressured into looking perfect but seeking perfection is like looking for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. It's never gonna happen
Which actress's appearance change above shocked you the most? Do you think they should rely too much on plastic surgery to maintain their beauty?
BLess her heart, Park MIn Young didn't shock me the most, but she is the actress I had to stop watching because her face had the same expression in forecasting the weather no matter what...maybe it was nerve damage from the surgeries so now I feel sorry for her...
.... why Every Koreans actors full of Korean cosmetic plastic surgery?
Is it because they don't have good appearance?

But starting 2019, almost all his modelling photos begin to look weird.
The last photo of him in instagram where he was still in his real face and teeth was on april 2018 when he got a vacation/break from military. His hair was so short there yet he looked stunning still even without makeup. Sadly, that is the last photo of his real face and teeth :(
Can you help get to him this message of concern bbali? Coz maybe he thinks he looked better after the face and teeth change , so he needs to be told the truth before it is even more too late for him to undo his wrong and self-destructive decision :(

I really don’t like the new look. She lost what made her so attractive
@@sharonbelcher9635 bro, she isn't pretty before too. ... before, she had many plastic surgery .
It's weird that everyone in Korea practically gets some procedure done, yet when they find out someone got something done, they bash them publicly. It's so hypocritical.
Most do not get surgery.
@@jiminswriter4209the really poor ones of course don't but Koreans probably have the most people with plastic surgery done in the world. Even saying that doesn't justify shaming them 🤬
@@jodieredgap5475 No, there is a lot of medical tourism. Most Koreans don’t get surgery.
The fact that not all koreans want plastic surgery 🤦
@@jiminswriter4209 lol not true. Over half of Koreans openly admit to it and Korean doctors themselves confirm numbers are higher than reported due to not everyone admitting it. Lastly, medical tourism for plastic surgery in Korea is in single digit percentile of procedures. Koreans hate themselves and will always think they're ugly. It's one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.
Respect for Kim Go Eun. She always got criticism due to her looks but she never went for plastic surgery. Even now people call her that she isn't beautiful enough. But she chose to not change herself.
Ikr
I really love kim go eun I love her beauty her smile is so damn pretty 😍
She's actually getting prettier the more she ages. I love her natural look!
She is beautiful, actually.
Just googled about her =O
By the way Taiwanese veteran actress Brigitte Lin aged gracefully.
She is one of the most beautiful celebrities that I have seen in my whole life =O
Envy people, Kim Go Eun is good looking, charm and talented woman.
Aging must be brutal for famous people: don't get surgery and you might be cast aside, get surgery and your appearance will be scrutinized by thousands of people, after which you might be cast aside as well.
The key is not to abuse it or else it'll make you look way too uncanny.
Well said.
Aging is inevitable and natural so just accept it. It’s an individual’s prerogative to get plastic surgery but good judgment is key.
When you get surgery you still get a few years of career.
You are right, but there is always a choice..
Please stop calling it ‘plastic’ surgery. There is NO plastic involved. It IS cosmetic surgery.
Sad. 😞
Totally agree. I noticed exactly that while watching Love in Contract. I was alarmed at her stick like figure that was painful to watch to be honest.
bro, she isn't pretty before too. before, she had many plastic surgery ....
Couldn’t enjoy the drama stop watching at epi 9
I stopped watching the latest dramas she was in just because she delivered no empathy with her stiff face
I noticed she did her chin. I think an implant /fillers I don't know what's it called.
Don’t forget Ha Ji Won? She’s still beautiful, graceful and aging naturally
Girlies of Running Man seem to age backwards 😭 Jihyo and Somin look way younger their age. It still blows my mind that they still have the youthful glow!
I like Park MinYoung before more prettier than now.
Sometimes the more "natural" looking people are the ones that regularly have minimal changes instead of the ones that do a big facial change once a year
And Shin-Min Ah too
Park Min Young always be changing.
I loved her in city hunter 😢
I love her look in the Healer and What's wrong with Ms secretary kim
i love her in secretary kim...she is very beautiful & stunning..i never thought she had plastic surgery...but when i see her in Love Contract, i dunt like her...she us very skinny, her face look weird...sorry for her..
She sure looked so cute in city hunter and healer was my fav look of her but her recent changes in her face whether its surgery or loosing weight just took away those cuteness.😢
I think it affects the shape of her face because of her losing weight.
The problem with Park Min Young is that in the latest drama her face muscles were moving strangely. It will affect the way she delivers her future performances. Her right side of the face is moving like she had a stroke. In the end the plastic surgery will only ruin her. One shouldn't sacrifice their health for 10-20 years of career.
her hairline also seems so weird...
I think she is just so skinny. They have no meat in them. We all get old, we need to love ourselves at every stage of our lives.
Kim Go Eun never changed her appearance. I'm glad she never did because she is a pure beauty and her acting skills are ridiculously on point.

Watching Park Min Young in Healer again... That face or time I guess is one of her "best" look. Though her face kinda looked chubby, it suited her so well and she looked very very pretty when smiling and even when she was crying.
I agree. Her very thin appearance now is hard to look at for me.

Yoon Eun Hye is a hugeeee part of why I fell in love with K-dramas. 😢 Let these ladies live. I can't imagine the pressure they go through while being scrutinized by the public eye.
PMY did look strange to me in her latest drama- and she was playing 30s in that drama so she didn’t need to look drastically young
also you could def do a vid like this about the men! i don’t see that called out as much unfortunately
PMY appears to have a bit too much filler around the cheek bone area, a common technique to elevate cheek and reduce nasolabial folds. The effects can be reversible/minimized. Surgeons can inject enzyme to dissolve the filler.
Tbh she did look different from secretary kim but I couldn’t really point out what made her look different 😅
It’s buccal fat removal that makes her look like that
@@ff_m3570 probably a mix of being underweight, buccal fat removal surgery, face and neck lift and also tooooo much cheekbone filler and botox. also i heard that she got her chin done too. nothing wrong with any of these but i think she overused them. she still looks pretty but it’s obvious that she changes her face a lot
People actually think fillers are not permanent? Oh my gosh!
People are just so obsessed with their looks these days. They need to stop looking at the mirrors and taking selfies all the time.
I think you said this right. If you never accepted your appearance and have done PS its juts temporary solution. The main problem is in your head.
Bravo, well written.
Once they start walking this road, it will turn into a vicious, neverending cycle:
Like biting into an apple given by a snake, plastic surgery will come back and bite all those people in the ass. Or face, rather.
The devil promised to give you false Hope, fame, glamor, fortune--hoping for a Day in the spotlight, but all end up paying for the pains, sufferings, (after fame is shame), consequences of it after, in the dark for the rest of your life.
Ps makes actors more confident to act
Don't forget about fat acceptance because that's not healthy at all
Yoon Eun Hye went through rehabilitation for alcoholism, is normal that people features change during a hard process like that, also she is now on WSG and looks completely different to "the recent picture" she was for almost 2 years out of public
I also don't think she got PS. It's just her aging naturally. She's always been beautiful.
She got fillers and botox..
I agree, I think yoon eun hye is simply aging
It has been confirmed that she's had filler in her cheek and lips and turned out that the filler in the cheek area was bad. Also, she definitely did something with her nose. 38 is not that old if she did take care of herself properly.
Park Min young’s face has changed SO MUCH since city hunter days
She looked best in that drama. After that she looked older and older.
I think her chubby cheek sag is due to aging. Don't think is plastic surgery.
Behind every beautiful face
There is pain
For some it can be mental
And for other it can be physical
wow i didnt know that🤯😱/j
And financially
CORRECT
Not “every”, but maybe most
The reason why I'm one of Song Ji Hyo and Jeon So Min since both of them joined Running Man as Permanent members, I'm also amazed at how both of them never got any plastic surgery on their faces at all
I feel for these actresses.
Lol you think they all went through that pain to make ppl happy🥴 they dod ot because they do not love themselves and wanted to love like angels
You said it well
And what about actresses like Bae Donna, Jeon Do-yeon or Kim Hee-Ae.
👌👏👏👏
Park min young I wish I could tell her face to face that she is beautiful no need for jawline surgery i ddnt watch her recent drama so I was clueless of her current looks it's truly visible she got jawlines done it's not weightloss and I miss her previous look even if she had surgery previously too but doing it more just ruined image of a girl I saw on Healer and city hunter she look ok but its good to remember less is more
She also got buccal fat removal along with the jawline surgery
Yoon Eun Hye, went through a lot mentally. She had a life crisis as far as i know, due to the fact that she had broken relationships that wore heavy on her heart. She felt lonely. So i think her depression got something to do with the drastic change. Because stress ages you the most. I think she tried to "fix" that with plastic surgery but it didn't work out.
I think Yoon Eun Hye's more relate to aging. It's part of life, we'll all go through it no matter what. IMO, what really matters is that I hope&pray that she is content with her life milestones.
Yoon Eun-hye still looks gorgeous to me.
Plastic surgery is a double edge sword. It makes you look the best you think see fit, but it also changes what your natural appearance is.

It's really sad how common plastic surgery is in Korea.

The tragedy is that they feel the need to have plastic surgery to meet "industry beauty standards". These short term decisions have long-term effects.
entertainment industry pushes artist to have BOD and in the end it ruins them
I know someone who had cheek & lips filler at younger age, so when she was in the older age, her aging looks odd bcos the size of fillers remain the same ‘puffy’ while everything else wrinkles with age….Price to pay for plastic surgeries
Most people say I look like I'm in my early thirties. lol

Same. I’m 45 and no wrinkles. Is there a set age that ppl are supposed to get wrinkles? People just love to nitpick. Also do we know for 100% that they had surgery? Maybe just fillers or something. Anyway isn’t the acting that’s important…

Park Min Young's face in Love Contract also surprised me. It was sunken fr, it made her look older tbh.
This makes me more In awwh of Son Ye-jin natural beauty. I’m sure she’s had a bit of work but she lookfs fantastic! At 40 she looks 30 ! She needs to share her beauty secrets 😭
But.. I did my research on google and both Sonyejin n her husband had plastic surgeries.
Song hye kyo is the most beautiful in k drama land she's more beautiful than son ye Jin I'm not her fan but s she's the most beautiful iv seen in k drama land not son ye jin
You’re totally right Son Ye Jin is absolutely gorgeous!❤
In the drama 39 released earlier this year, Son Ye-jin just looks absolutely fantastic.
I'm not normally a fan, but she was incredibly gorgeous in that drama.
Are you kidding? Song Hye Kyo's face is falling. Her injectable are melting and her face is falling. She looks like crap in The Glory!
She looks fine. Ppl are being a bit harsh. She had a lot of love from fans when she was on the WSG Wannabe program. 🥰
The extreme demand from netizens really pushed the actors to such scale.
Plastic surgery will only help temporarily. As time will go by it will be harder for them to accept the reality of aging, so they will dive deep into more surgeries and end up looking like scarecrows. It will surley affect their mental health, and for what? 5 minutes of fame?
It’s sad that we are not allowed to grow old any more, there is so much pressure how to stop time on one‘s face and there are all sort of methods…
song hye kyo is the prettiest with a natural beauty
Park Min Young was really pretty with only a double eye lid surgery in her early years film
She said she got nose job
I don’t get it! It’s called aging! Your face is supposed to change with time, surgery or no surgery… you can’t expect that people will look the same as they did when they were in their teens.
I'm not the only one who noticed the difference in park min young here. I've been a fan of her since City Hunter and she used to be very lovely with her chubby cheeks and cute appearance. Unfortunately, I can't really see her face in her latest drama 'love in contract' bcs she looks extremely different, ugh too bad, idk whether it's because of her significant weight loss or she's just got another plastic surgery.
Park min young looks really STUNNING to me after the surgery, she either removed the fats on her cheeks or she got skinny
Either way beautiful
what a positive mind
Hwasa gets bashed for not following the k-pop beauty standards, shes got naturally tan skin and hasn't has surgery to change her features. I think she's absolutely gorgeous, yet people find her unattractive...thats so incredibly sad.
That's why I love kim go eun she has natural and beautiful face 💕🥰
Wait till KGE reach late 30's..
The fillers.. its happening to kylie jenner aswell
Whoever did her lip fillers botched her, thankfully it goes away with time.
Yeah...I'm around her age, as are most of my friends. The changes to her face are not due to aging, it's definitely filler and possibly other things.
Totally agree with you.. I am 35 now with high cheekbones & chubby face, but I don't look like her with stiff or you can obviously see the fillers and botox botched thing..
Song ji hyo is in her 40’s but still looks naturally beautiful.
Let's all just embrace our aging face. I know it's a lot harder for celebrities to accept. But the public needs to stop putting them on pedestal.
Yes, this right here!!
All of the actresses here are in their late 30s. People need to stop acting like they can't age.
PMY doesnt have that youthful look like before. It’s more sunken look. Looks weird and can make one look older. Plump face is what makes you look youthful.
You Eun Hye is still very much carrying vestiges of her old sweet and lovely face.. no signs of plastic surgery unlike the others .
Literally watched a video on the side effects of over doing fillers and botox on the face and I think that most of these celebrities suffer from it. Once you get fillers and botox they literally have to keep getting them done to maintain the look that they want and making it worse in the long run
I wouldn’t mind the backlash on my appearance if Gong Yoo will love me no matter what! I envy Yoon Eun Hye - surgery or not! 😊
I don't think you should generalize when saying not a single actor or actress hasn't done something on their faces, while many have done so there are actors & actresses who haven't so don't say it as if all of them have
For me Chai Rim and Yoon Eun Hye are the most beautiful face of KDRAMA
0:28 could you tell me who these are?
I think it's sad that girls are pressured into looking perfect but seeking perfection is like looking for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. It's never gonna happen
