    I tried this MOTR workout this morning for the first time. Wow!!! I am feeling it and my lower body is happy.
    Pilates has been part of my fitness regimen for several years. I never cease to be amazed and gratified by how powerful and effective seemingly small movements can be. The MOTR is the latest addition to my home studio and I am loving its versatility. Thank you, Heidi.

      Yes! I wholeheartedly agree!! Pilates is a wonderful compliment to other exercise programs because of its ability to work the deeper intrinsic muscles to support our big movers!
