- Lawyers for one of California's most infamous convicted killers, Richard Allen Davis, asked a judge in Santa Clara County Superior Court on Friday to overturn his death sentence following the 1993 murder and kidnap of 12-year-old Polly Klaas.

Davis gave me nightmares, guy was standing outside the bedroom door, inside the house, where 3 little girls were laughing and giggling. One of them opened the door to go get something and there this monster stood.

sentencing of cold bloodied no remorse
killer. I watched her heartbroken father face when the killer of his precious innocent daughter smirk as though it were funny. Gov Newsom is wrong. How can you vote for such a man who prefers killers over children murdered? Replay this scene and allow Newsom to view that low life face. Praying for justice for Polly not the murderer
Davis is a serious dangerous psychopath. Davis makes death threats to the Warden and C.O.s. he is a danger to law enforcement officers. This is throwing salt over the wound. 😣we are already short staffed on police officers, why???
