    I own 100% brisker and hydromatic. Both failed badly at subzero celsius so they are useless. And hydromatic can't operate touchscreens at all. How about a review for cheap heated gloves ? But those models who has heating elements on the fingers zone it will be great ! The winter is still here so please hurry with this kind of review . Also a good review it will be awesome with some body layers recommandations and socks for winter time ! I'm tired to return products who failed because they are not as good as the producers said and who are expensive for nothing.Thanks ! Your channel are great !

    I also have a problem with cold digits and love my HandUps. Definitely warm in the 40-60 range, touch screen responsive, and they have a little room to add liner gloves and hand warmers when those rides are under 40 degrees! With liners I can go out in high 20’s if I’m feeling masochistic!

    I recently bought a pair of Dakine White Knuckle gloves after watching an earlier Loam Wolf cold weather gear test since you highly recommended them (and in that video you also said they were discontinued). I was able to order them off Dakines website and had them in no time. They're great gloves! Thanks for the great content as always!

    I found the best combo for me are XL Briskers with a Burton AK liner underneath. The palm on the Brisker is hard to beat! I wear large when it is 37 - 50 and the combo anything under 37 down to about 24, after that it's snowboard gloves for the climbs haha.

    Would love to hear how the Handup works with touchscreen/phone. I can’t seem to find any reviews on how well there full palm touchscreen material works.

    I also have very cold hands, I found that barmitts/pogies were an absolute game changer to keeping my hands warm in the cold.
    Wolftooth, 45nrth, dogwood, coldbike all make interesting offering, I'd love to see a shootout of them!

      The dogwoods are by FAR the warmest (made in Alaska)
      I've ridden in 0f weather with them and still had warm fingers

    I've been running the 7idp Chill gloves the last 2 seasons and they have been great for when its in the low 30's - 40's, they get a little cold in the 20's but work for shorter rides. 2nd are the Tasco Cold weather gloves not really "warm" but they block the wind. I tried a fox "heat" glove and they were terrible, they had a neoprene strip around the sides of the ring and pinkey fingers that were freezing.

      @TheLoamWolf  Год назад +1

      We like the 7iDP gloves too!! Sadly we donated our pair to a needy rider who was cold about 1 month before we shot this video so we didn’t have em. But we did do have a long-term review on the website.

    I went out and bought the Leatt 2.0 subzero and returned it the inside seems were rough/coarse. I couldn't imagine riding in them at all.
    It's the 2nd Leatt item I been dissatisfied with I bought the Enduro 3.0 pants listed as water resistant but at the rear there's an open mesh panel on the bum which lets all the water grit in from the rear tyre making it horrid for damp/wet rides. Frustratingly I only noticed how open it was once I rode in them so can't return :/

    How well does the Leatt work with touch screens? Many gloves say they work well with phones, but they put the seam on the finger where you'd usually touch with.

    The 100% Brisker Hydromatic is the worst fitting glove in history. The normal Brisker is great but the hydro is awful. 100% needs to fix this fitment issue.

    • @mulullama

      With a dual layer glove you're pretty much always gonna get a glove that fits like crap. Just is what it is

      @@mulullama If that's what it is they need to stop making them. Honestly try a pair on if you still defend them then I don't know what to say but every person I know that has purchased them will not wear them. First they aren't true to fit, you have to purchase a size or two bigger. Second they have terrible feel.

      You have to measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger for sizing. Not measure around knuckles.

But just a thought, since most of the world doesn’t use your freedom degrees… would be reaaaaallllyyy nice if you could have the degrees Celsius on screen to clarify it a bit more.

    I have the 100% and the sizing was a little off. I typically wear medium’s in TLD so I tried that size which was too tight but the large was too loose.

      @TheLoamWolf  Год назад

      Thank you for sharing. The inner liner of the 100%'s can make sizing a little different I suppose, if you're on a cusp. I didn't have any issues with mine luckily, but it's good for others to see your experience.

    I like your reviews. A lot of useful information and I have made purchases of products because you have made a good info on that. What I kinda don't approve is when it comes to us who lives at the rest of the world, meaning we use metric system and like for this, I kinda like it difficult to convert all the fahrenheit to celcius to give that intel I need.
    Also, Fox ranger fire and defend fire gloves work better than legion gloves. :)
