Just got mine two weeks ago, and while I like it, the wah seems to add a bit of boost to the signal. This isn't necessarily a bad thing (my CryBaby q535 can do this, which is useful for a solo boost) but the boost is also a bit gainy, meaning it adds a touch of grit/dirt which you might not always want. Strange that they did this as you might want a really clean wah for something.
Is it possible to place the Soul Press 2 on a (transformer based) power supply? Or will this cause hum? The inductor in the old red Soul Press wasn't shielded at all...
Can you please explain something to me; can you use the Expression pedal function and the Volume/Wah function at the same time and switch between the two? From what I can see from various websites, the toe switch only turns the volume or wah function on/off (or switches between volume/wah when in V/W mode) But if you are wanting to use the expression function, how do you switch between Expression and Volume or Wah? If you can't switch between the two, surely when you sweep the pedal you then change whatever parameter is assigned to the Expression out, AND change the volume at the same time, which you probably don't want to do...🙄
My first issue with it was the battery compartment screws are so tight and with slight tweak they lost thier shape and cant open them, any suggestion? Made of cheap quality screws that lost their shape with very little press with screw driver
it has 4 modes. Volume, expression, wah, and volume+expression (volume when on, expression when off). I don't think it can do wah+expression at the same time, you would have to lean down and flip a switch for that.
Get the Soul Press 2:

Seems to be wrong polarity in volume mode, or is it correct to have nearly full volume after a slight touch of the pedal? 🤔
What about v+w mode

Does anyone know if I can hook it up to my rig as both wah and expression, and toggle between these functions?

I’m sold
Nice job 👌
Thanks :)
If you plug in both the wah, and the expression, how do you isolate one from the other?
Looking for this answer as well!
Dont
My question
My concern is does it tone suck?
It claims to be true bypass, no idea whether it sucks tone tho.
Esse pedal é digital ou analógico?
