I miss that franchise, but how some corporate executives thinks. I don’t think I’ll ever see that franchise ever come back again, but if it does, I will generally be surprised and happy. Because the only game that was semi-close enough to scratch my Prototype itch that came out recently was Spider-Man 2. I would love to have another Prototype.

As long as the virus exits Alex will never truly be dead. That being said, a reboot/remake would still be nice too.

You dont need to be touched and get laid just to understand what makes a good female character in both looks and personality... its basic common sense, and not some unhinged delusion most of these studio's has in what makes a good female protaganist
Such a good game. Nailed the format. I think the only game that comes close is the ps spiderman games. Power progression is amazing plays like crackdown but cleaner and better driven
Guys has anyone heard of rtx remix? It is a software that can remaster video games and it is Nvidia's software. I wish someone use that software. But I think it cannot upscale the character models as I havn't seen a single video with better character models. But overall if it can make the textures of the enviroment better. It is a win win situation I think. I am skeptical about upgrading the character as it uses ai to imporve the textures and graphics. It would be better if done manually as it would feel mode detailed in my opinion.
Prototype is better than any open world out there but it would probably be not made well in todays gaming climate with bullcrap games made in under two hours being called "AAA" games I fear for any games made today that is not Indie which is wild since Indie devs are meant to be the ones you gamble on not the "professionals"
At best case scenario: the franchise is canned. The OG crew at the date is not working on nothing prototype related and after the microsoft announce we only get silence. But if it a new Prototype game will happen i wish a deeper connection with the Supreme Hunter, because on P1 feels like a big enemy to beat instead a Mercer enemy like Cross, Randall or Greene.
