@Bradley Taylor yeah, in his way, he has highlighted the tragedy that is unfolding down there. There is an insane amount of work that goes into these 15 minute videos.
Timmy, this is a next level production. It gave me misty eyes to see so much destruction. Thank you so much for the time effort that has obviously gone into this content. Keep up the amazing vids you provide for us please. Cheers.
As devastating as these fires have been and continue to be, the Aussie bush will fight back, and so will it's people. I love the ending of the vid that shows the emergence of new life from the ashes. Some great images there Tim. Well done mate.
Wouldn't be so sure of that mate, after years baking in the heat with almost no rain the trees were dropping dead from that alone now after being incinerated it might not be able to come back. Not to mention as soon as we get a big pulse of rain lots of those lovely bass and perch will be killed by the amount of ash in the water. Good times
As a fellow Aussie, it's so distressing to see my state burn to this extent. Your cinematography is breathtaking yet eye opening and i'm so worried about the rest of Summer.. we're not even halfway there yet :(
Bella Hu This is because our idiot tree hugging greenies object to back burning to create fire breaks, and our gutless government listen to the wankers.

Hey Timmy, your level of cinematography is going through the sky! This is art buddy. We wish u all the best and hopefully this nightmare with this fires is over soon. All the best from Germany. In our thoughts we are with you guys in the other end of the world! Stay safe...
Brother your cinematography is outstanding , you have a talent for it . There are thousands of people making fishing videos on RUclips but only 1in a thousand are able to invoke a emotion from the viewer without saying a word. Keep up the outstanding work mate
What an epic video! Cant even describe how awesome that footage and editing was. Just a freaking amazing 20 minutes of footage. Your videos inspire me to fish more, not just to catch fish, but to get out and experience the beautiful scenery fishing exposes you too. Love it Timmy!
You have actually out done yourself Timmy. I have been subscribed to you since before 500 and this is honestly bot just my favorite video of your, but is my favorite video on RUclips. thank you so much it is amazing to see you grow and evolve like this.
You're a legend timmy, as a farmer and a son who was brought up hearing the stories of my fathers farm burning in ash Wednesday that opening scene was so well done i literally feel sick to my stomach.
Mate I have been a watcher of your videos for many years now and I must say this is truly amazing you, know how to bring a tear to a true blue Aussie mate great stuff.
Mate, I keep coming back to this video. The way you've put this together to show both the devastation, the hope with the regrowth, the overhead drone shots and music - this is just flawless. IMO this is your best video yet and it's not even for the fishing.
Mind blown, my missus walks out when i put fishing on but with that intro and your footage she watched the full movie.. U caught some amazing amd emotionally charged footage that has taken this vid to the next level. Well done mate cheers stay safe
Lost for words, the devastation goes on for ever! Lets hope it rains properly soon. and oh mate your cinematography is on another level, would not be surprised if we see you with an award or major job offers soon😁🎣🐟👍
As one of your cuzzies across the ditch, it's so sad to see the devastation from the fires. Seeing the landscape obliterated, the animals maimed & killed, the daily struggle of your fellow countrymen... brings a tear to the eye. Looking at the bush around the river there, the whole ecology must be affected eh? Insects, birds, small to large animals & even the fish life has to be suffering in the food chain. Awesome videography Timmy, love your work. I look forward to the next one... stay safe...
Although the quality of video and editing is lightyears ahead of where you were back when you first started on the pipe & ply raft, the enthusiasm and passion hasn't worn away. Awesome to see a fella as passionate about fishing as you.
Hi TT. Loving the cinematography you've been producing! Keep up the great work. Some of those shots really captures the messed up conditions we're experiencing.
Timmy, mate I have watched so many fishing vids and I'm telling you man, this moved me! Incredible videography! Great to see some fish but this is so much more then just a fishing vid! Footage of what's on all our minds and in our hearts! Well done mate! Really really well done!! Joe
Incredible video Timmy, powerful, beautiful, on point. I wish there was a RUclips awards this sort of work could be nominated for. I think we're all hurting seeing this awful fire season here and you capture it very well, and there are green shots of hope, but it will take time and effort to heal these scars.
That's the most cinematic fishing video I've seen. You've got a new subscriber! What an epic trip and so good to see the bush recovering already. Thanks!
David Attenborough/Paul Worsteling / Mark Berg watch out here comes Timmy Turtle 🐢 Keep up the great work mate. Keep these quality movies coming and you’ll be on the Big screen in no time mate.
such a dramatic piece of work Timmy, seriously..... you have captured the feel of the devastated region in an artful and moving way, especially the drone work. I cant say your hook up rate was as impressive but your honesty here is a nice touch....I look forward with anticipation to your next effort, keep up the great work ( this is the first time I have ever felt the need to comment on any video)
Mate, i just clicked on this to catch up on some of your vids and this has turned into some awesome footage. the emotion that you are transmitting is insane! this is what editing is all about, hard yards to get the emotion out there. i love it! fricking awesome. if ever u want ro come to NC mate let me know, you have a place to stay and probably a return flight already paid here mate....very nice work and the result is amazing. cheers buddy!!!
That would have to be the best start to a video I have ever seen, although very heart breaking to see what has happened to our countryside. You are doing such a great job, totally professional and as others have stated we were getting worried about you. Thanks for your work
Love this style timmy, I have watched from the beginning and this quiet start with great editing then straight into the fishing commentary is the way forward.
Met you in yamba car park a few weeks ago. Love your work.the fires made a has. Your video on the ask river is very well done and shows the damage done..we were told to leave gone for a week all good hoping to sea more videos in 2020 .tony
Nice to see you back mate. Epic vid . Your in top form with the videos. Stay safe out there. Thoughts and prayers to Australias beautiful bush and it's amazing wildlife.
First of all, this is not RUclips quality editing. This is movie stuff, like top level movie. Everything is just so perfectly done Timmy, you're a great fisherman but this editing stuff is seriously some next level stuff for anyone on RUclips. Second, I don't know how you can drive through those areas without wanting to cry. I did an emergency supply delivery last weekend and seeing the decimation as I was driving literally brought tears to my eyes. It hurts me so much to see our beautiful country burning like this.
No kidding, I've been into the disaster zone as well where I shed so many tears I could have almost put out one of the fires. Timmy's video is just a permanent and amazingly created way for us to remember just how bad this has been.
When you look at the devastation to the forests done by these fires it's somewhat sad, but beautiful in its own way and once the autumn comes these areas recover very well, in times gone by fires used to start by lightning strike and just burn till nature put them out, nowdays we rush in and put them out without giving much thought as to what this does to the environment, did you kniw that a lot of Australian natives actually require a fire for the nut holding the seed to release the seed? While others require fire to crack the shell of the seed so it can germinate, while fire is devastating to humans and the bush it's up to us to be aware of the impact we as people have on the environment not just in how we act but also how we think. The blame game is just a simple way to excuse yourself from the real issues we face when in fact we are all responsible for what has happened and will happen in the future😉 Thanks for the video Timmy👍as others have said your certainly giving us some great quality and enjoyment 😉
Peter Eaton I think pretty much everyone in Australia knows our bush is designed to burn. The problems only happen when people build their houses in the middle of it...
Just listen to the background, the Cicadas are out in droves after the fire went through, decent food source for birds and animals whilst the land starts its inevitable recovery and most of that bush is only scorched. After a big fire went through the Kulkyne in the late 70's I found out there was such a thing as the Mallee Pine, later discovered It had not been seen for around 60 years and was thought to be extinct. Be an interesting video in 12 months along this same waterway to show how fast the bush can recover.
@@barryfrench2534 it won't take 12 months for change, as soon as there is enough moisture the suckers will start to grow out of the tree trunks and ground cover will start to show. It is interesting what comes back after a wildfire and nice to hear a once thought extinct plant has returned👍
@@petereaton6740 You are correct regarding the timeframe. I was thinking that in 12 months the height of those new growths would be a nice counterpoint as well showing how many animals\birds will be around.
Well Sir... I'm struggling to find the words... Desperately sad and so full of life and hope the next minute . THIS is an absolutely stunning piece of work! Very inspiring! Thank you so very much!
