- All'Antico Vianaio sandwiches are legendary in Florence, Italy. This sandwich shop is now operating in the U.S. Their Italian sandwiches shouldn't be confused with the standard Italian sub sandwich sold in thee U.S. My experience at All"Antico Vianaio has me wanting more. The pistachio spread just works. It's the pistachio version of peanut butter, Somehow it comes together perfectly with the schiacciata cheese. The addition of the crushed pistachio added texture to the sandwich. It was a fascinating experience. If you enjoy sandwiches as much I do, GO TASTE AND SEE!!!

This is clearly not from Las Vegas. But the sandwiches are good are decent at best. If she’s ever been to Italy, she would know the difference but this place she’s talking about is in Rhodes Ranch area right off the freeway
