  • Now that I have my workshop done its time to build a work bench. This table is designed with laser engraver machines in mind. The height is a little lower than normal so that I can reach in to laser engraver machines without trouble. The same concept applies to a taller bench.

Awesome! I bet next up would be a hole on the wall for fume extraction or something.
Good thinking on the height of work etc. i would have built that higher, but then i guess i would soon find out the equipment would be too high. 😅

The laser machines are often at least 12" tall. can make for an awkward situation if you have something heavy in the machine. Fume extraction is on the way! I have started filming that.

Figure it out as you go and it's great, well done. Are you going to cut holes in the plywood to drop the power cords down to the outlets, or mount power strips to the front edges?
