Hey quadcopter I just got mine for Christmas based on your review! I absolutely love how this flies and I put a quarter on the front of mine and it is as level as an arrow 😁👍🏻 I plan on changing the motors and esc with a better gyro and possibly putting servos on the canards to get some rudder control 3s will definitely wake it up I customized my arrows pioneer it was so sluggish with the roll rate and now it is a 3d plane basically 😊 simple aileron extension and setting rods to the outermost hole on horns and innermost on servos made a super big difference....this jet is going to be a blast ✌🏼 thanks for the review I know it's been some time since your review but love your content man wish I lived near ya we could rip the clouds😂 I fly fpv quads and am looking for a jack of all trades radio jumper 15 looks great but now radiomaster gx12 came out 😫 however I know they will have more colors and options for gimbals soon so I'm gonna wait for a little.....sorry for the book 😁🙏🏼✌🏽
principles of flight You have to make it as light as possible. I understand that you want to add weight to the head to get the CG correct, but I recommend that No need to add any more weight, but use the method of moving the battery forward instead. This method will allow you to play longer. and faster Because your aircraft is still lightweight.
I just got the second-model FX9630 you have mentioned, the one with the 7.4v battery. Took it on its maiden flight today, but I will save my impressions for further experimentation tomorrow.
I just got one last week as well and am having a blast flying it. I taped a nickel to the nose then glued on the nose cone. Let me tell you man...that thing flies JUST like this one here in the video. How are liking yours? Have you made any video yet?
@@mike_t_007 I taped some 4 grams of weight to the nose and it's flying pretty smooth- however, I cant quite loop. On the flipside, I can do cobras instead lol
@@mike_t_007 It’s fun! You can fly it off the water too but haven’t tried yet. You can’t go wrong for $26. Having said that, I do like the raptor(paptor) more. It has control surfaces. So is more of a real remote control. And you can turn the stabilization off. It’s not so easy to fly then. But one button and your safe again. That one is also amphibious. And brushless motor.
Just recieved my SU-35 yesterday already wrecked and snapped the nose off due to the wind here but wil lrepair soon and be back in the air, thinking of getting some more smaller jets might have to pick this one up as well😎
@@Quadcopter101 I have almost the same mount but it's hard to center the airplane on the camera's POV since the cam is on my head and not in my POV. Any tips on improving this?
@@glObOfad365 It takes some practice, but you need to look forward and move your head only (instead of your eyes) to keep the airplane in sight. It feels awkward at first, but with practice it becomes natural.
Hello Thank you for your vidéos, i'm in France and follow your charnel a lot! I've a question, what is the right shoulder button for on this radio ? Thanks,
It does nothing. This is a standard controller that Flybear is currently using with all their planes. I guess it may be used with some future airplane not yet released.
This is perfect *first EDF plane* for RC pilots. But I wouldn't recommend this plane for a total beginner to RC airplanes. It's just too fast for a beginner pilot to keep ahead of it. Also, the wind was blowing about 5 mph the day that I flew this. I haven't tried it on a windier day yet.
Hi. Hope you can help me. I bought this plane but when the battery is installed the left elevator drops and is not in a neutral position. Is there a fix ?
You may need to adjust the clevis to achieve center position. It's that black plastic clip that attaches to the elevator control horn. The following video shows how. This one is metal, but it works the same. ruclips.net/video/eJBjKsRu0DY/видео.html
Also, if the plane is in stabilized mode, that dipping may be normal if the plane is not level. Remember in stabilized mode that the elevators and ailerons on this plane automatically move from center to attempt leveling of the plane.
Hi I hope someone can help me. I got a defective unit from flybear but It crashes all the time. I lost the nose wheel assembly and bang good won't send a replacement. Any one have one?
It flies better without the gear. Watch my video, I removed mine. But you'll need to land in grass. But you mentioned that yours is defective. What seems to be wrong with it? Note that EDF planes can be slow to accelerate, and can easily stall if flown in slow turns. That's why you need to keep accelerating until the plane is moving fast, and try to keep it moving fast. I demonstrate and discuss this in the video.
They look very similar. But the easiest way to tell the difference if the air inlets slope inwards toward the fuselage on the J-35, and have that pointy outboard edge..

I’ve bought 3 flyers you reviewed. One I’m still waiting for. Great deals! Good flyers. Especially that zy425. So much fun!
How do you like the ZY-425?

@gliderrider That's awesome! Recently got a red Paptor as well and love it. Do you have any videos of yours?
Thanks 🙏 I just got mine today and can't wait to fly this bad boy!!😊
Just ordered one thank you very much for what pushed me in this direction
16:44 great view for low pass.....this size is more fun to fly low pass especially with some bushes or tall grass...
My su_35 has lights under green they need a white light, and red light on top is wings, so you have more visibility to fly of night 😊
Grear flight. I purchased a heavier 1000 mah battery with 30cc. Hope that helps. If not ill add the fail proof nickle!😊 thanks for sharing!
What's the weight difference?
How does it fly now?
Nice flight demo. It's a really fun beginner EDF Jet. I'd like to see more Brushless Sub-250g EDF Jets...but with 3S Power ;-)
Yeah, I had a blast flying this plane. But I made sure to watch your reviews first for tips. The nickel worked great.

I have that but flew it once. Wayy tooo much Alpha also very windy. Never new the beep was a 1 min timer! Thank u❤😅😊
Cool! Thinking of getting one. Btw, how did you mount your camera while flying? Did you use any special head mounting bracket?

Looks like if you pull the nickel, you can certainly test that port with a tiny fpv. Should be a fun little devil.

Is this a good beginner EDF to practice on before going to the real EDF jets from FMS & Freewing? Can they fly well on a windy field? Thanks buddy!

which was the other remote that binds to this? or are there other remotes that will bind?
It's the Jumper T-Lite with built-in JP4in1 multi-protocol module.

Great video,
Can u adjist the gyro for the plane within the Jumper Tlite?
You can select the three available flight modes with the T-Lite on Channel 5.
@Quadcopter101 are you using the pocket remote

Yes a nickle works. I used two screws in mine
just supported your channel
Thanks! This plane is a blast to fly. Just make sure to put that nickel in the front.

If you put a 3s battery in this little plane it would wake it right up and when the controller board burns up put real gear in it and ZOOM ZOOM!!!!
No thank you. I like it just the way it is. 3s will definitely kill it.
