Night 3 only seems hard because a) it takes a bit to understand how Reversed Minerva works, until you realize she's Springtrap and you can't let her reach the doors at all, and b) it's the game's wake up call - the game stops being fully reactive to the threats that appear in your offce, and now you need to more actively manage a wandering threat. Once you realize that Minnie only goes to Character Prep 1 when in the Stairway, you can hold her there, and she'll always move to the Staff Area afterwards in order to get to any doors. You can also use the Bathroom and the Janitor's Closet to hold her away. Pro tip - the more often you shut off a camera, the longer it takes to restart, so you need to switch around which cameras you shut off for Minnie on the spot.
Also, there's a good chance you'll get into moments where two threats appear at the same time in your office. While I never got both doors occupied (and if I did, I never noticed), you may have to deal with a "desk" threat at the same time as a "door" threat a few times. The trick is knowing how much time you have to deal with them and how quickly you can do so. If you hide from the redman or Distorted Mickey as quickly as possible, it takes them less than a second to leave, and you can deal with either holding the doors or shutting off cameras. However, the door threats also feel like they're consistently quicker to lose their patience and attack. Sometimes I prefer to deal with them, at the expense of hiding from Distorted Mickey or the redman for longer, they can wait quite a few seconds before attacking. Don't wait for _too_ long tho, otheriwse they'll attack you all the same even if you do manage to hide properly.
@lociff no problem! This game is a fun one, but it does get tough on later nights. Definitely not impossible tho, the only reason why I haven't beaten it fully yet is because I don't have much free time for it. But if I managed to beat Night 5, I'm more than positive you can do it as well, it'll take some attempts, but you'll find yourself in the flow zone in no time. Night 6 is next before unlocking the extras and the custom night, not sure if I'll dabble into that one, but we'll see, they do have some extra characters.
