  • Hi, my friends! This is Linna.
    I am not Japanese but Malaysian. I have been living in Japan for a very long time.
    Cooking is what I love and I want to share my passions with you 💛
    Besides cooking, I also love to eat. I crave Thai food the most, but I love Japanese food daily because they are healthy and easy to eat.
    I hope you enjoy my cooking with me 🤗

    Hi Linna, I'm sure you're boosting the sales of square pans 😄! We're all going to buy one as making egg rolls with it looks much easier than with a round pan. Also admire the way you roll up the omelet with your chopsticks! 😄🥢 I recently made your Thai omelet rice with surimi, and me and my family LOVED it. So easy and delicious! Thank you so much for sharing your precious recipes.

    Linna, thank you for sharing this video with us. I have had a square pan for years now but haven’t used it because am too nervous to try rolling the omelet. But you make it look so easy. There is hope for me yet.

    Thank you for showing how to make these. I’ve seen you make them and wanted to get a pan to learn to make them but you usually go so fast! Now I think your lesson has given me confidence to try. I have 18 laying chickens and a laying duck so I have plenty of eggs.I’ve been trying to figure out how to use more n meals.

      round is fine you can chop off the ends if you really want a neat shape (eat them yourself) But use butter instead of oil much better.@@mykitchenday_byLinna

    I hope to make some of your recipes, I suck at cooking but I am great at baking goodies. I enjoy eating rice and I just season it with salt and pepper and sometimes butter. Do you add anything to youre?. Take care

      I am not good in baking or seldom practice baking. Something I want to do in the future 🥰 I seldom add anything to my rice as we eat with dishes that are often seasoned well.

    What does Daikon taste like. I see this in many forms in Japanese cooking. I’ve never had it before. Was just curious. All your soups look so delicious.

      Personally I prefer it raw in fact I kind of got hooked on it. It's nice and crunchy and has a mild flavor generally. It's just another form of radish

    • @jaydescreativecorner4915

      Fresh free range eggs tend to be orange vs yellow. I noticed this when I got my first chickens. They also have much better flavor.

    • @menace46
      @menace46 4 месяца назад +2

      The colour also is also a result of what the chickens are fed.

      Im from California and buy Vital Farms Pasture Raised eggs that have more orange yokes.. Because they are more expensive, we eat them boiled and there is more of a bite to them. For regular cooking or baking, I go with regular eggs.

    • @outlandishmccandlish3873
      @outlandishmccandlish3873 3 месяца назад

      The yolk of free range chickens are much brighter and orange color because they are getting much better nutrients. I raise my own chickens for eggs for my family and sell to a couple of ladies and this is what my egg yoke look like because I let my girls roam on our property and eat grass and plenty of bugs and a few frog here and there.😊
