Do people generally think that if someone is uber-wealthy they would be an effective political leader, or their opinion is more important? Money doesn't necessarily mean intelligence.
Sadly it can. You can afford to go to better more progressive schools. Hire tutoring services. Or pay someone else to write your papers and take your test. The last part is only slightly a joke.

Almost :) He pronounced the 'a' vowels wrong. They must be pronounced like 'u' in the English word 'gut'.
