Do I need to wash Medela storage bags before first use?

I got my pump through insurance and it didn’t come with a bag ): I’ll be going back to work after my 12w is over and will have to pump. Which bag do you suggest? I have the Medela fast flow

Can you put the storage bottles in the freezer?

Yes! I do all the time. I prefer the glass ones though since I don’t prefer heating up in plastic.
