I just got a SQ64 and I'm very excited about its capabilities, and thankful for these videos. On the flip-side, these videos appear try to make up for the severe lack of information in the user manual--if you can call it a manual.

It would have been very helpful to have described real-time recording in keyboard mode in the manual, as sadly it is not possible to pick it up by watching videos- even those WITH commentaries...

If you want to see text describing what he is doing, turn on Close Caption in RUclips.
It is the button marked CC at the bottom of the RUclips screen.
If you want the video to play slower, open up the RUclips setting (gear shaped button) and set playback speed to 0.75, 0.5, or 0.25

Hello. Could you please add a function in gate mode to shut off the lights of inactive steps? It’s really hard to discern active and inactive steps since all of them are lit. Yes there is a light difference between them
but is very little and in GATE mode the machine is hard to use. Please add this function in a firmware upgrade!

Being a newbie to synths could you tell me how to change midi channels for the b and c channels on the sq-64. The Global menu is quite extensive and not sure how to change the basic midi number. I’ve got an NTS-1 connected to channel A which works fine but get no sound when playing through the b snd c channels. Thanks.

Firmware updates ideas here? I start: Sync in modes 2ppq; 1ppq; 1/2ppq; 1/3ppq. Midi delay compensation on every track and Midi channel.

I am not able to delete additional pitch information on a step after accidentally recording more than one pitch, only clearing the whole pattern does the trick. Very strange... There seems to be no way to delete a whole step, turning off the gate keeps the pitch information intact... any ideas?

All these questions on an official Korg demonstration and not one person from Korg answering them. Makes me more than skeptical on buying this for sequencing.

No explanation either with audio or text .Are we supposed to take a wild guess at the leads ,polarity ,global settings ?
