  • This ring stretcher will enlarge rings from sizes 3 (14.1 mm diameter) and up. Includes 16 different dies to fit flat, half-round, and knife-edge shank profiles of widths from 1 mm to 4 mm. This device has 35 mm (0.188”) holes in the base for easy, convenient workbench mounting. It comes in a sturdy wooden box to hold the tool and the dies. Use caution when stretching rings with set stones, or stretching rings more than 1 size from original size.
This device simply works by rolling out the shank to stretch the metal. It will then stretch the ring but avoids loosening any prongs or stone settings. To stretch rings, select and position the correct die. Place your ring on the shaft, and tighten the handle. Carefully rotate the handle 360°, or until your ring is the desired size.

Watched this cos I was thinking about buying one. Doesn't even look round in the video, so you've saved me some money. Thanks.

Yeah, I’m wondering how many sales this video caused them to lose! Pretty bad end result, and as greasy as a bulldozer!

You are supposed to choose the die with the matching band width. Obviously he didn't. Therefore, keeping the band in the same 'shape'

It does work, I used it to resize 4 rings in about 10 minutes!
You need to go slow and even and they WILL come out round!
Well worth the $30.00 I paid for it, saved me time and money 💰 🤑

that was a really bad demo, ring is meant to stay still. not go round with arm.

I just order it but i cant get gem ring to stay in place so that i cant evenly mash down the back. It worked though however uneven and janky perhaps i should try wedging something inside ring loop

Could this be used for coin rings?

Be aware that using this tool would flatten the outside detail of the ring. So it is not advised in your case. It should only be used when the band is plain and has no pattern. Hope this helps. Dave

It’s meant for band rings with stones like wedding bands !

No proof it was stretched. No mandrel sizing before and after. Music is awful.

You can see a burr around the top and bottom from it stretching. After using this tool you need to remove any burrs and a finish polish wouldnt hurt

I need a tool to get rid of the cone shape after I fold the coin on my coin mandrel

This tool will make the ring round, get rid of the cone shape, I guess you just need to stretch the other way from the mandrel to make both ends even.

Flip it over to do the other side as well. Evens it out.

This seems like it isnt the best when adjusting an old ring, I use it to create new rings.

like the puller things, it resizes it, just move from a large set to a smaller set
