    I fell into the temptation of using PEDS. I had a problem with recreational drugs before. Fentynal. I overdosed and should have been dead multiple times. Im 3 years clean from that and it was the gym that saved me. But i got so into the gym and had the wrong people in my ear and about 4 months ago i lost my natty card. I keep it simple and dont do much but it feels like that addictive personality has taken control again. Idk what to do honestly. This is a good video and really has me thinking.

      Bro it's okay not to be the strongest guy in the gym. Just be comfortable with your own results and pace. If you can, transfer to a different gym, if transferring is not an option, just don't mind the people whispering in your ear try to avoid peer pressure.

    Something that has really shocked me is how accepted steroids are these days. When I was growing up, you’d hear about athletes taking steroids and that was unequivocally a bad and dangerous thing. I haven’t really given it much thought until I started getting into the gym and then getting recommended various videos on RUclips in the last few months, and I’ve just been shocked by the number of people who act like it’s just another tool in the toolkit.

    I think this also applies to every other things in life. Being competitive, ambitious, and sometimes compare to other people for reference is great! However, if it leads to insecurity and if you sacrifice every other things in life to achieve your goal then it's not worth it. Sometimes people have tunnel vision on main goal but forget other interesting things in life that are waiting for them to explore.

    Definitely would love more of these types of videos, Tyler. I just got into the gym about 3 weeks - been tracking all my workouts, calories and macros. This is probably my 10th attempt at building a routine, and I finally did. The difference was this time I didn’t start going to the gym to get big or build muscle or to lose weight or look better. It was so I could just feel normal. My serotonin levels have been so low my entire life, it’s felt like I couldn’t be happy consistently ever. But going to the gym every day just makes me feel normal. Not particularly happy, but also not incredibly depressed and dark. I feel okay. And honestly this is the best outcome I could have wished for. 2 hours at the gym after work, eat, TV, sleep. That’s it. That’s my life. But I’m okay with that because this is a million times better than what it was before. Thank you, Tyler for always being a great role model and I’m proud of you for choosing this path of righteousness for the right reasons.

    • @SuperBrownDawg
      @SuperBrownDawg 17 дней назад

      @@tyler-path Yeah, that’s right. And I mean I would like to have a “look at me now” moment a year from now at the people that put me in this dark place, but the part where you said something along the lines of “fitness is not a means to an end” really resonated with me. I don’t think I can fully grasp that meaning yet because it is frustrating not getting the instant gratification we’re all used to from scrolling. But, I do know that I have something to do for a couple hours after work. I can fall asleep faster because my body is tired. It feels nice having a pump. If I can continue to appreciate these small wins and hopefully more, the stronger I get, maybe one day I’ll find myself satisfied or god knows maybe even happy with how I look in the mirror and then I’ll have that “i showed them moment” except it won’t be them. It would be me from before who didn’t think life could turn out this way. What I’m trying to say is fitness can also be seen as a way out of a hole that some people dig for themselves and were shoved into. And it’s people like you, Tyler, that offer a guiding hand in the journey.

    Very nice video. Respect! I will also forever stay natural and I might be able to make it on youtube one day. I think most people who take PEDs would never commit to fitness if they had to stay natural. We can't even compare training enhanced and training natural. Everything is just so so much easier when you are enhanced. Of course you are bigger stronger etc. but you recover so fast, you have mental energy to train, you can train longer, recover better and feel much better overall. People have no idea how much easier it is to train on PEDs. Most of enhanced guys would be nobody without drugs.

Place your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ who was crucified for the sin of the world, and then three days later rose again. I promise it will be the best decision you could have ever made in your life.

    Hey Tyler! Awesome vid! I have a question.. do you think if you were to continue to bulk hard you could get bigger and heavier? Or are you at your limit after years of testing?

    I think strength relative to size is what matters, and you’re very strong & knowledgeable. Doing this all natural is way cooler than people taking steroids too

    PED is like modifying a car's stock motor. It may go faster, but won't last as long as stock.

    Love the video, also you will tend to notice that most people who are on PEDS are heavy... and it just looks unnatural and are heavier than they should be for their weight. I know BMI isnt anything to go off but even if its muscle the extra mass isn't good for your organs. This is why we probably should stick to a lean physique at the recommended BMI. As your body cant differentiate fat and muscle.

    Cool thing is, Tyler, I actually trust and believe you! Hard to find these days. You are why I am in the gym. We have a ton of similarities in our genetics, size, bone density. You give me something that is very reasonably attainable!

      Tyler put in 9 years of hard work and dedication to get to where he is right now. Its kind of ignorant for you to casually say this is very reasonable attainable. Its 9 years of absolute blood, sweat and dedication. 90% of people in the gym wont even achieve this. Its not reasonably attainable. Attainable? Maybe. Is it going to be incredibly difficult both mentally and physically? Absolutely.

      @BigronnieTriceps way to take it out of context, Karen.🤦‍♂️ I'm referencing the fact that in 10 years I too can attain a similar physique. I've been following him for about a year now and owe most of my knowledge to him and Jeff Nippard and a very few select others. Tyler and I HAD very similar body composition. From starting points when he started and where I was at when I started. He's about 9 years ahead of me.

    1:20 is the same reason why I got in to working out. I wanna stay healthy, both mind and body. But if you start taking something to shorten your life, then it defeats the purpose.
