      Between the shoulders. thank you. a very nice exercise.
      But what about, when you have disc prolapse?
      Would it be possible to do this as well - or is there any prevention to do?

      @@KarolaRiegler Glad it felt good for you. Regarding disc prolapse, you'd have to consult with a physiotherapist or chiropractor for that.
