'That's ok too,' is the kindest thing a teacher can say. Thank you Brea!

🥀 How precious! (I'm not a yoga practitioner...) I haven't raised my arms to the sky in ages... My bye-bye is halfway there... It feels frustrating... So any encouragement without seeking the exact movement appears sensible and somehow hopeful. The search for perfection immobilizes. ..🌹

Oh, you are so welcome! The more teachers out there teaching inclusive and accessible classes, the better. Thank you for being out there and teaching in that way!

This is such a brilliant video and so helpful for a yoga teacher early in her journey - would love more like this! Pigeon pose cues would be very helpful

You are such a calm, kind-loving teacher. I'm a newly qualified teacher (3 months ago) and you are such a huge inspiration. I suffer from anxiety and haven't started my first class yet. I'm hosting a free online class (first one) and my anxiety is getting the better of me. This video is really helping me.

Ah, it’s totally normal to be stressed about teaching your first class, it means you really care. I’m glad this video is helping you! I also have a podcast for yoga teachers that has lots of helpful tips for feeling more confident as a teacher if you want more grounding or inspiration. Feel free to check out the Move With Love Podcast wherever you listen to them :)
