The cabover is one of a few of the best-looking trucks on RUclips. I say if it's not broke don't fix it. Leave it as is all low milage and original. Cabover would be nice with dual stacks though :-)
As a long time driver who drove trucks like that and older back in the day, quit screwing around with it. Every truck doesn't have to have dragging front bumper, 18 speed transmission and aluminumwheels. Appreciate the White for the truck it is and use it the way it is. It'll give you a better appreciation for the drivers that came before you.
I do think the white should be left alone, it’s a great truck the way it is, and it’s not as if it’ll be doing any long hauls with that day cab, the w900 with a wash and clean out, some tires that hold air and maybe some new air lines and a bag or 2 could make a nice bit of pocket change
Like a lot of others here I hope you keep the white cabover stock. Maybe add A/C and 13 speed. The W900 would be a good project truck. Definitely get that trialer. White cabover and that trailer would be great for more lock deliveries and pickups.
That's a good KW to rebuild. Mines a 78 with a studio sleeper. It belonged to!y dad. We have the exact same trailer and it works excellent hauling heavy machinery. Thats good u got it started up. Allot of our drivers own old KW'S and one driver has one like the one in the video and he has owned it for a very very long time. He had a big heavy duty wrench on the back of it and he does heavy duty equipment loads all the time and he loves it.
I think the Kenworth up and going would be a great addition to the channel. I would leave the white alone though because that is a great running and driving truck as it is, especially being all original. that Kenworth would be really sweet to have up and going though for sure. clean it up and get it running and some new wheels and tires she will be golden! love the channel bruce
That blue kenworth is a nice classic truck, I’d love to have something like that. The old red one where you bought the blue one was nice also.I’d leave white collar like it is and put a little money into the blue kenworth and sell it, it should sell pretty good and easy.
I would leave white color alone as it is maybe some tune on it take the cat put it in blue color and the wet pump off the w900 and put it on blue also and keep that trailer
I love KW but out of the two trucks I would keep white collar with that trailer. I no longer have a CDL but I would work the crap out of white collar around our area. I would just put not for hire on the door and get to work.
Great video Bruce nice looking 84 W900 Kenworth. Glad it started sounds good too. The trailer looks good behind the White Collar. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Bruce.
The white collar definitely needs a 13 speed transmission and dual stacks. Other then that, the truck is completely outstanding in its own right as it is.
Bruce, My 2 cent's are keep White Collar the way it is, just put dual exhaust and Shiny Alcoas all around. Put some $$$ into the KW and sell it, that baby needs to be back on the road.
I like the a model in the back ground and you should use the motor and trans for the white cabeover and man I wish I was there I could of showed you a quick and easier way to chain that down
I'd leave white collar alone and stick to the plan of having blue collar be the big-power build, video just proved how useful it is as-is as a day-service/-shop semi for smaller jobs/ errands.
White Collar needs the big motor w/ a few mods (just a few)and little stretch then run it in a stock style pulling class and use it on the street for work. It would be a SICK pulling truck.
Here everyone calls em landolls or hydra tail trailers depending on whether or not the tail lifts and drops or the axles slide forward and backwards to lift the bed. Love the cab over! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!
Keep the kw maybe pay Timmy and his crew to go through it bring it back to life would be great content for both channels you could hook it to the new trailer and run it for local tractor hauls ....it is blue
Bruce when applying new grease to the 5th wheel you really should raise the trailer and back under it then lower it on to the greased 5th wheel. Otherwise it scrapes all the grease onto the tip on the trailer. 2:35 all that grease gone to waste on the tip instead of on the rotating area under of the trailer. that being said i think you should keep white collar stock and upgrade the trans/AC/brakes. its a good work horse.
Just love you Guy, greetings from Czech republic. Do whatever you want, just make video. Love watching great trucks with huge engine not the four or six cylinder lawn mower we have in europe. Just go for it, I'll watch it and keep working with pencil sharpener Iveco.
i think you should swap engines from the kenny to white collar , but put the engine from white in the kenny and give a second chance to the truck selling it as a working truck , not only the frame wihtout an engine :)
White collar should be kept original. I would just turn it up, add a nice front bumper, aluminum wheels and air conditioning. That trailer is a perfect mate, you should buy it.
3406 was always my favorite truck engine. Back in the day we ran big cam 350 & 400's. The 3406 had so much more low end torque. Those Cummins were good engines but they're no match for the Cat.
Don't swap the engines. The white collar runs and drives great plus is all original.
The cabover is one of a few of the best-looking trucks on RUclips. I say if it's not broke don't fix it. Leave it as is all low milage and original. Cabover would be nice with dual stacks though :-)
tend to agree with you on that
Put a 13speed in it and a stacks other than that leave it alone
As a long time driver who drove trucks like that and older back in the day, quit screwing around with it. Every truck doesn't have to have dragging front bumper, 18 speed transmission and aluminumwheels. Appreciate the White for the truck it is and use it the way it is. It'll give you a better appreciation for the drivers that came before you.
What would you take for it
There is nothing cool about that cabover they sucked when they were new and they still suck just because it’s old doesn’t make it cool!
That old Kenworth seems pretty solid! It deserves to see the road again!
💯💯💯
I do think the white should be left alone, it’s a great truck the way it is, and it’s not as if it’ll be doing any long hauls with that day cab, the w900 with a wash and clean out, some tires that hold air and maybe some new air lines and a bag or 2 could make a nice bit of pocket change
I totally agree
spot on
My thoughts exactly
Damn right brotha
Def agree
You should totally fix that 84 kw up and sell it or just sell it to someone who will fix it up and use it cuz dam that’s a solid ol girl
Fix it up & keep it
I buy em thinking I’m going to sell them but once I get em running good it’s hard to let them go
Leave the cabover for another time! Keep that w9 with its 3406 and make a crazy cool build!
Like a lot of others here I hope you keep the white cabover stock. Maybe add A/C and 13 speed. The W900 would be a good project truck. Definitely get that trialer. White cabover and that trailer would be great for more lock deliveries and pickups.
I would love to see the cabover stay just original and get the old kw going. Keep it and use it for the work truck. Keep the Pete for show.
Why would white collar need a different engine? Thing's pretty perfect!
You're a huge inspiration.
You have the ability to see something, and buy it. Within reason of course.
I'm gonna make it there one day
I think you should leave white collar the way it is. There's not many all original low mileage day cab cabovers around.
Yes !! All of this !!
He wont leave it alone he will screw it up
If you buy the trailer put a high idle switch for tr cabover to help te hydraulics run faster and even use it for local deliveries
Hand throttle
White collar is a fine rig like it is. Fix up the 84 K-dubb. Those make the best videos. That’s your roots. Nice find Bruce!👍
I'd vote for keeping the original engine in White Collar and putting the 13 speed transmission behind it
I would just sell the kw with engine and trans in it. It looks like it's in great condition. would look great on the gns fleet.
That's a good KW to rebuild. Mines a 78 with a studio sleeper. It belonged to!y dad. We have the exact same trailer and it works excellent hauling heavy machinery. Thats good u got it started up. The little white cab over does a great job can’t wait to see the blue W 900 start moving a nice job on starting it👍🏼
I think you should fix the ol w900 back up it’s a pretty good looking truck
Hey Bruce awesome job on another will it start video. You call Tim Gentry and ask him. If he would be interested in buying the roller
Make the W900 a new project blue collar! The W900 is legendary! Looks like what Snowman and Bandit would have got!
That blue kenworth is a nice classic truck, I’d love to have something like that. The old red one where you bought the blue one was nice also.I’d leave white collar like it is and put a little money into the blue kenworth and sell it, it should sell pretty good and easy.
You should use header rap on the exhaust it's a little to close to the wet tank just food for thought
I would leave white color alone as it is maybe some tune on it take the cat put it in blue color and the wet pump off the w900 and put it on blue also and keep that trailer
Thats a good idea!
Keep the WHITE how it's Bruce, and get that blue cat up and running and just store it,in 5 yrs,it may be worth 25 grand in parts
That trailer is a brilliant match to white collar , you need to buy it
Hydro trailer looks sweet behind the GMC. flat black and white. 👍leave her stock.
can never leave well enough alone.. he isn't a real driver either.. just a show boater!!
That blue KW is a 1984 “B” model truck and the red one is a pre 1982 “A” model truck
Id Keep the w900 some of the classic w9s are hard to get get it rebuilt and have it be another show or road rig to have someone drive
Beast of a kenworth. Should rebuild it
Sure is a lot of advice on what to do with those darn truck 🤣 you do you Bruce!
I love KW but out of the two trucks I would keep white collar with that trailer. I no longer have a CDL but I would work the crap out of white collar around our area. I would just put not for hire on the door and get to work.
Build the KW !! You would probably gain more subscribers building KW then white cab over that looks like a yard rig.
Great video Bruce nice looking 84 W900 Kenworth. Glad it started sounds good too. The trailer looks good behind the White Collar. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Bruce.
I think you should keep it and clean it up real good and put it to work
I’m stoked everyone struck with Bruce thru everything so he could pick back up right where he left off! Where the OG’s at!?!
Been here since before Cletus showed him off!
Been on his stuff since about lets say 2019
Well I said before I wouldn't do much more than put aluminum buds on it but with that big cat now it need's dual straight pipe's there bruce..
Your excellent White and that trailer are a match made in heaven. So useful together. Don't mess, just sell the W900 complete and running.
Man, that trailer looks so damn good behind that ol' white.
Edit: Finished the video, most definitely need to buy that trailer! 🤣
That’s blue rig is my favorite model year and was used in the movie Maximum Overdrive as the main rig beautiful rig
I would fix that kw up and call it blue ar 3.0. That's a really solid kenworth
Bruce another awesome video buddy thanks for sharing 👍
i love the day Cab so clean not abused or used!!!
I'd leave the white cab over original
Sell the cab over and Pimp this Kenworth, what a cool truck. Love the dual headlights etc.
White Collar needs the big motor w/ a few mods (just a few)and little stretch then run it in a stock style pulling class and use it on the street for work. It would be a SICK pulling truck.
WOULD make a good pre emmissions glider for somebody so you should get top dollor for it
Here everyone calls em landolls or hydra tail trailers depending on whether or not the tail lifts and drops or the axles slide forward and backwards to lift the bed. Love the cab over! Can’t wait to see what you do with it!
You should fix that ol KW up and keep it! Thing is sweet!
That is the back saving trailer there. 💪😊👍
Keep the kw maybe pay Timmy and his crew to go through it bring it back to life would be great content for both channels you could hook it to the new trailer and run it for local tractor hauls ....it is blue
That lope lol was killer keep the engine build it for your self.
White collar is cool the way it is! The kenworth is worth more complete! And is about the best restoration truck you've ever bought.
The white collar is excellent and the w900 looks great don't remove the engine fix it to make it look wilder😁😁👍🏻👍🏻
Definitely fix it up! It's already the right color!
Yes keep it the way it is and fix it up or sell as is
Twin stick garage would love that red KW.
Put that ol girl back on the road!! Great video!!
Good luck buddy good to see you again bruce
Those kw stacks would look good on white collar
Bruce back at it again with another awesome video!!😎🤜🏻🤛🏻
I'd vote sticking to the plan. If unique is what you seek. 3406B/13 spd (Axles?) to White Collar and let someone else deal w/W900.
Just love you Guy, greetings from Czech republic. Do whatever you want, just make video. Love watching great trucks with huge engine not the four or six cylinder lawn mower we have in europe. Just go for it, I'll watch it and keep working with pencil sharpener Iveco.
You should have asked him to sell the obs 7.3 in the background looked clean
Buy and keep it probably would make a good truck show truck
Love this , Makes a good Truck
For TIM. Y'ALL DOING GREAT
WORK.
GOD BLESS Y'ALL...
I wish you were closer and I’d probably be interested in the thing
That truck and trailer is a hell of a nice combination !
i think you should swap engines from the kenny to white collar , but put the engine from white in the kenny and give a second chance to the truck selling it as a working truck , not only the frame wihtout an engine :)
that's awesome
i drove an 85 w9 with a cat back in the early 90s. love those trucks.

You should fix up the8403 it's a good truck to be used as a doner great video.
Be a good starting point on a motor for blue collar to
That is a badd ass trailer. You don't see those up here in Utah.
Nice shorts Bruce, fix the KW. White collar is good to go Semper Fi!!!
White collar should be kept original. I would just turn it up, add a nice front bumper, aluminum wheels and air conditioning. That trailer is a perfect mate, you should buy it.
Don't mess with the cabover. Use it for daily around town stuff. And maybe a shop truck you can trust to send guys out in
Just throw the chains between the duals and two chains on the front axle inside the springs. Easy
Fix that old Kenworth up. Truck is a beauty. Classic set up.
Can white collar be turned up some and left original?
Nice where do you all keep finding these omg...
Good job Bruce well done put her back on the road
Hey man why don't you put the kw motor a transmission in your old truck blue color it would go hard then
A day cab truck is a local work horse. Slow and go wins the race all day long in the city!
3406 was always my favorite truck engine. Back in the day we ran big cam 350 & 400's. The 3406 had so much more low end torque. Those Cummins were good engines but they're no match for the Cat.
Outta get the ole kw on the road again. Cool old truck.
Perfect trailer for this type of job
Tim would love this thing
You should buy that trailer for for white collar
