Hey Bruce, since your building a collection of trucks now, would it be viable for you to pour a concrete pad or pave a section of the yard and add a roof to stay dry and work on stuff?
Nah just stay soakin wet lol *** Joking aside I agree I would make that pad have drains and put a pressure washer out there enclosed so when you have equipment coming in kick that washer on blast it clean once water drains you can wipe down and proceed 🤙 I have a million ideas like you but I don’t make enough to make my dreams and thoughts come true 😅 so I just suggest it and smile while everyone else does it lol

I think a cabover looks better standing tall. I f you want a low cabover you can find a forward cab International. That Freightliner is beautiful Bruce. The only thing I would change would be the motor. Change it to a 12.7 Detroit. Keep up the good video's. Can't wait to see the Freightliner finished.

I personally like you working on the older trucks and blue collar is no exception, it’s great to have content on it as it’s the coolest one in your collection but I can’t help but notice that you are just throwing things together and rushing the build, it would really benefit the truck long term if you started doing things properly the first time around, i.e get that bumper mounted properly, make a list of parts needed that can be changed while you’re in there before you take something apart (like changing vacuum hoses while taking off parts of the air suspension), this way you’re future proofing and won’t have to constantly go back to and repair things. Give this truck the love it deserves, right now it looks like you’re doing it all just cause the viewers asked for it. Where’s your passion for blue collar gone?
If you want to drop it just a little pull out the blocks under them front leaf springs. It looks like that’ll drop it 2”. It’ll make a huge difference.

With all the RV’s around here you should get a hydraulic pump off a rv slide out and use it to raise and lower the cab. No more pumping.
