@@Johniibo It does? I actually played it within the last year or so (adored it, so great) and I don't remember any branded items. And yes I played the GameCube version.
I dunno about "favorite," but Luigi's Mansion is such a great game. I really need to replay it, especially since I have 3 on the Switch I haven't played much of yet, and now 2 (ahem, sorry, HD) is available now on Switch. So I haven't played the first one for a long time, but I remember just really loving it
I still have my gray gamecube & memory card. The cables are another story. Don't know where those are, along with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. I played that game to death.
Also, it’s very cool seeing you get a GameCube finally! I remember in 2017 and 2018 you talking about the system in a way and now this was unexpected to not be watching you very often or in a while.
Probably the best system/console ever, along with the earlier systems. Faster game loading times than later games based on my experience. Especially with Super Smash Bros., Mario Party, and Mario Kart games (just those games I played) later on.
You’re not the only one, I sold all my gameboy games, my DS collection & GameCube.. back then I sold them like a crackhead.. i did ended up getting another GameCube but only have soul caliber and wind waker which is a start.
Looking back on it, it feels like my GameCube was a "Melee machine." I can barely remember playing many other games on it, lol. But me and my friend would play Melee for hours and hours every day, especially during the summer.
Man I just bought a GameCube also$40 flat , didn't want to spend the money on games , so replace the optical drive with the chip that lets me read ROMs off of SD card , now I have any and every game I want 😊
Same story dude. Had a Gamecube in my early 20s. Traded it in and my GC game Collection for a PS3. Regretted it and bought a Gamecube and rebuilt my collection a few years ago. Like you said, so expensive lol but worth it!
What are your favorite GameCube games?
Pikmin 1 is one of my favs, and smash of course.
@@UncleGeebyou should play the GameCube version of Pikmin 1. It has branded items

@@Flea_ip oh shoot you know what it’s not 1 it’s 2. The batteries are Duracell
Dude best choice. I got a gamecube for my birthday a few years back. I just got mario party 5 . Completing my mario party collection on the gamecube
The Mario Party games are definitely on the list!
Super nostalgic video man, enjoy the GameCube collecting!

I didn’t have the means back then. Now I do
@@Johniibo Congrats! 👏👏
He should have skipped college and went to work full time. He could have kept his cube then. College aint worth the time or the money.

Arrived quicker than the chip 😂.
I've been on the hunt for a complete gamecube in Australia but yeh the prices are crazy.
What chip? 😏

@@Flea_ip I played a lot of Melee on it. I remember the Resident Evil games being some of my most played games. RE4 is so good!

It’s why I don’t buy physical games anymore. I would sell them and regret it

@Johniibo such a virgin😂
The Wii was better but only because it was backwards compatible.. otherwise GameCube wins.
