How to handle dependencies on on-prem mailboxes? A couple of mailboxes have forwarding enabled, Send as send on behalf, etc. Let's say a user has access to 5 shared mailboxes. how to migrate that user mailbox keeping shared mailboxes on-prem for sometime.

What if the on-premise mailbox has an archive that is larger than 100GB? What is procedure to migrate then, without using .pst files to split the mailbox first?

WHEN YOU MIGRATE A USER TO O,FFICE 365 THE USER BECOMES A MAIL-USER ON THE CLOUD, WHILE HIS MAILBOX ON-PERM BECOMES A REMOTE MAILBOX: YOU WILL HAVE 30 DAYS TO ASSIGN THE USER A LICENCE AND SO HE BECOMES A USER-MAILBOX.
