I am yet to find a snack that beats this drop donut. In Cameroon, this is one snack that many love to enjoy but only very few can make and get it right. Growing up, my love for this snack was so huge that I had to by all means, learn how to make it. Not only making it but making it perfectly. This recipe has been simplified so that anyone who watches the video can make these drop donuts beautifully and do not worry if your donuts crack open in the process of frying, for this is very normal. #Delicious, #Bestdropdonuts, #bestdonuts
Ingredients:
4 cups All purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk ( NIDO)
5 large eggs
½ cup sugar
6,½ tbsp butter
1,½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1,¼ cup milk ( liquid)
Vegetable oil ( for deep frying)
