How do you maintain situational awareness? Let's face facts, if I'm doing essentially the same thing everyday, my mind goes into neutral. I can (and have) driven to work without realizing it. Is there any advice for staying in the yellow zone?
Love your name. If you’re repeating mundane tasks, remember to live in the moment. What I mean is, you can be auto pilot, but if someone’s somewhere they shouldn’t be, or something’s out of place, you’d be able to pick up on it because of your routines. Don’t get lost in your phone or fall into other routines that keep our heads down.

I gotchya...... I actually am Italian, technically second generation American but my mom has spoken Italian occasionally all my life lol
