Thank you for your insightful comment, and I appreciate your addition to the discussion about nitric oxide (NO)-rich foods. It's indeed valuable to highlight that raw 100% cacao can be a significant source of NO, especially when it's minimally processed and free from additives or sugars.
Raw cacao is renowned for its potent antioxidant properties and is a rich source of flavonoids, including epicatechin, which has been associated with improved vascular function and increased nitric oxide production. This can have positive effects on cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
Additionally, as you mentioned, many of these raw cacao products come from regions like Peru, where cacao cultivation is a significant part of the agricultural landscape.
Including raw cacao in one's diet can be an excellent way to support nitric oxide levels while indulging in the deep, rich flavors of chocolate. However, it's essential to consume it in moderation, as raw cacao can be quite bitter due to the absence of added sugars.
Thank you for sharing this valuable insight, and I hope it inspires viewers to explore the potential health benefits of raw cacao as part of a balanced diet. If you have any more information to add or questions, please feel free to share them.

I seeded both my lawn and that of a neighbor. I always have a patch now. I even dehyrade ( I have an 9 drawer "Exalibur"

I powder it and keep for winter in Texas and use it (roasted) as I spice.

..Big Time. I am very attuned to my cells because I am UBER FLOURITOXIC...positively cell sodden from decades of high concentrated multiscourced exposure as a dental assistant, then hygienist-- the 1st 9 of 21 years before gloves/ masks/automated amalgamaters or any known precautions needed to be taken.
An endo misdiagnosed the acute symptoms of this toxicity as a chronic sinus infection to which I was given 17 rounds of Cipro whose active ingredient is Flouride. Killed off ALL bacteria in my body making me a muffin maker...naturally the many more rounds of anti yeast meds rxed then 17 were all flouride active ingredient.
I am sooo toxic with this highest of electronegative cell toxin bioaccumlative that I readily potentuate and react with hypersensitivity to much. Systemic stressers are a bitch to me since it can trigger a huge chelation from all the trillions of lipid cells ALL AT ONCE. It has been a most interesting life...the latest when I had been falling asleep face first in my daily OMAD meal WHILE EATING...for 6 years of the 9 years of eating vegan, despite all normal labs and narcolepsy ruled out.
UNTIL...near a year ago fed up breaking and having to replace $$$ eyeglass frames by sleeping on them, I googled insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome. My "Desperate To Be WELL was pushed landing my plea into the you tube live feed of Dr.Ken Berry. whose PHD proper Human Diet, is ketovour and carnivour.
I quickly rid myself of 2 full milk crates of crappola seed oils and highest inflamatory nuts. I was everything almond the baddest...and I thought it healiest.
When I read about the BBB&E diet he follows, I thoughtwhat the heck...I will do the 180° diet.. Holy Crappola!!! From first bite of organic grass meat upon swallowing, I felt my cell wake up wagging their tails with happy.
It rendered the fat off me as if I was bacon. Shrinking visural fat compression bruising ALL my organs. I went from size 22 pants to a 2-4 ALL IN 6 DAYS!!! It was as if I unzipped a sumo wrestler's fat suit costume stepping out tiny!!! SIX DAYS!!! Hey Butter Bob.. my underwear did drop off! My shoes, hats, rings did too.
My Primary freaked out doing ultrasounds and cat scan, called in cardio lipidologist and cardio dietian. Across the board Lipids shot through the roof, and parastylosis STOPPED!!! Took me many weeks to be calm the 10th vagas nerve and thank GOD...I am good to go.
Lordy I felt like I drank "the one which makes you small" dropping down a rabbit hole.
Lotsa...lotsa changes a happened to my body. WILD! I have a list of everything is different. Because of the gargantuan toxin chelation from fat cells of bones/ brain/organs I have regained a plearthera of talents...vocabulary/ decernment/short & long term memories, organizational skills, etc., etc.
Trippin' on Grass Fed beef and butter who knew I love sardines, now skin in soft even feet.

You're absolutely right that access to certain foods, like blueberries, can vary depending on geographic location and economic factors. While blueberries are a wonderful source of nutrients and antioxidants, it's important to remember that a balanced diet can be achieved by incorporating a variety of foods that are locally available.
If blueberries are not readily accessible in your region, consider exploring other locally grown fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Many fruits and vegetables offer similar health benefits and can be excellent additions to a balanced diet.

Good Health is our birth right and should be encompassed in all health care systems rather than rewarding medical professionals in their pursuit of ill health management. All at an ever increasing financial cost and decrease in human well being.

I have two comments. First there is another video (BE Light TT) showing how to produce Nitric Oxide using a 128 HZ tuning fork on various parts of the body. Have you had an experience with this? The only warnings to using this method is if you have a fracture of osteoporosis.

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  9 месяцев назад

Thank you for your comment and for sharing information about the video titled "BE Light TT." The use of a 128 Hz tuning fork on various parts of the body to stimulate nitric oxide production is an interesting and alternative approach. While we haven't had direct experience with this specific method, the concept of using sound therapy or vibrational frequencies for health and wellness is a topic of growing interest.
It's essential to approach such techniques with caution and, if possible, under the guidance of a qualified practitioner. The warning about refraining from using this method in the case of fractures or osteoporosis is significant, as vibrations and sound therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or injuries.
The video you mentioned appears to offer a unique perspective on enhancing nitric oxide levels. If you're considering trying this approach, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to ensure it's safe and appropriate for your specific health circumstances.
Incorporating nitric oxide-rich foods into your diet, as discussed in the video, is another well-established approach to support NO production and overall well-being. It's a more readily accessible method for many individuals, and it aligns with a healthy and balanced diet.
If you have more insights or experiences to share about the tuning fork method or any other topics related to nitric oxide, please feel free to do so. Your input is appreciated, and it can contribute to a broader understanding of alternative health practices.

      Take citrate to bind oxalates.
Boiling markedly reduced soluble oxalate content by 30-87% and was more effective than steaming (5-53%) and baking (used only for potatoes, no oxalate loss).
In fact, drinking sufficient amounts of water to dilute urine to prevent oxalate collection in the kidneys remains the #1 recommendation.
Soaking and cooking certain vegetables and legumes can reduce their oxalate content
Increasing your calcium intake when eating foods with oxalate can help lower oxalate levels in the urine. Choose high-calcium dairy foods such as milk, yogurt, and cheese. Vegetables can also provide a good amount of calcium.

Thank you for your comment. L-citrulline powder is indeed a convenient and popular way to support nitric oxide (NO) production in the body. L-citrulline is an amino acid naturally found in some foods, like watermelon, but it's also available in supplement form.
When consumed, L-citrulline is converted into L-arginine, another amino acid that plays a key role in NO synthesis. By increasing L-arginine levels, L-citrulline supplementation can support enhanced NO production, which can have various health benefits, particularly for cardiovascular health and exercise performance.
Many individuals choose L-citrulline powder as a dietary supplement because it allows for precise dosing, making it easier to tailor supplementation to individual needs and preferences.
However, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen to ensure it's appropriate for your specific health goals and needs. How does food grade CO2 as in sparkling water react with our body and does it have any good outcome???

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  10 месяцев назад +2

That's a great question! Food-grade CO2, such as the carbonation found in sparkling water, can have various effects on the body. Here's a brief overview:
      1. Carbonation Sensation: When you consume sparkling water, the carbon dioxide dissolves in the liquid, creating carbonic acid. This can give the water a bubbly or fizzy sensation, which many people find enjoyable.
      2. Gastric Distension: The bubbles in carbonated water can cause some people to experience a feeling of fullness or bloating. This may lead to consuming less food, which can be beneficial for those trying to manage their calorie intake.
      3. Digestive Aid: In some cultures, carbonated mineral water has been traditionally used as a digestive aid. The effervescence may help alleviate mild indigestion or provide relief from symptoms like heartburn.
      4. Hydration: Sparkling water can be a hydrating beverage, similar to still water. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health.
      5. No Calories: Most plain sparkling waters contain no calories, sugar, or artificial additives, making them a healthier alternative to sugary sodas.
However, it's essential to note that individual reactions to carbonated water can vary. Some people may experience gas or discomfort from the carbonation, while others may not. It's best to listen to your body and choose beverages that work well for you.
In the context of nitric oxide (NO) and the video's topic, carbonated water itself doesn't directly affect NO levels. The focus in the video is primarily on foods that support NO production, such as foods rich in nitrates.
If you enjoy sparkling water and it doesn't cause any discomfort, it can be a refreshing and calorie-free way to stay hydrated. As always, moderation and individual preference should guide your beverage choices.

Thank you for bringing up this point about the chemical formula of nitric oxide (NO). While it is true that nitrous oxide (commonly known as "laughing gas") has the chemical formula N2O, nitric oxide (NO) is indeed a distinct molecule with a different chemical composition.
Nitric oxide (NO) is a colorless gas that consists of one nitrogen atom (N) and one oxygen atom (O). It is produced naturally in the body and serves various physiological functions, including regulating blood flow, blood pressure, and neurotransmission.
On the other hand, nitrous oxide (N2O) is a different compound that is known for its anesthetic and analgesic properties. It is sometimes used in medical and dental procedures for sedation purposes.
It's important to differentiate between nitric oxide (NO) and nitrous oxide (N2O) because they have distinct roles and effects in the body. Nitric oxide (NO) is the molecule we are discussing in this video, focusing on its health benefits and dietary sources.

While it is true that grapes are a dietary source of nitrates, it's important to clarify that the reference to red wine in the video was regarding its potential benefits due to the presence of certain compounds.
Red wine contains a compound called resveratrol, which has been studied for its potential cardiovascular benefits. However, it's important to note that the amount of resveratrol in red wine varies depending on factors such as grape variety, fermentation process, and aging. Therefore, the effects of red wine on nitric oxide levels may differ.
Regarding nitrates, grapes can indeed be a source, but the concentration of nitrates in grapes is relatively lower compared to other foods like leafy greens or beets. Leafy greens and beets are often highlighted as dietary sources of nitrates due to their higher content, which can contribute to increased nitric oxide production in the body.
It's worth mentioning that while certain foods, including grapes and red wine, may offer health benefits, individual results may vary. It's always a good idea to maintain a balanced diet that incorporates a variety of nitrate-rich foods for overall well-being.

    No MEAT???

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  11 месяцев назад

Thank you for your comment! The focus of this video is on foods that are rich in nitric oxide (NO) or that support its production, and many of these foods happen to be plant-based. Nitric oxide is a molecule that plays a significant role in cardiovascular health and overall well-being.
However, we want to emphasize that including meat in your diet is a personal choice, and for those who choose to eat meat, it can be part of a balanced diet. Meat, especially lean sources like poultry and fish, provides essential nutrients like protein, vitamins, and minerals.
If you're interested in maintaining a diet that includes meat while also supporting nitric oxide production, you can consider incorporating some of the plant-based foods mentioned in the video alongside your meat-based dishes. This way, you can enjoy a well-rounded diet that meets your nutritional needs and health goals.
Ultimately, the choice of whether or not to include meat in your diet is a matter of personal preference and dietary requirements. A balanced diet can be achieved through various combinations of foods, and it's important to tailor your diet to your individual needs and preferences.
We hope this information helps clarify the focus of the video, and if you have any more questions or comments, please feel free to share them. Your input is important to us!

why are environmental law agendas so hardy bearing down on nitric-oxide emissions of diesel engines? isn't there a contradiction? I can see these emissions being a problem in big cities, but countrywide? Those add-blue catalytic converters should be turned on and off, depending, on where the car rides, shouldn't it? Turbo-diesel engines are superb machines (if they have a runaway-prevention valve), but they shouldn't be banned, especially not by those overreaching bureaucrats and double-paid politicians in the Continental EU. The politicians are not caring about our health, not really. All they care about is making their lives pleasant, and ours miserable.

Many of these suggested foods are off limits to diabetics
What do we do instead of these foods

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  Год назад

Thank you for raising an important concern about the compatibility of the recommended foods for increasing Nitric Oxide levels with a diabetic diet. You're absolutely right that managing blood sugar levels is paramount for individuals with diabetes, and some of the foods mentioned in the video might impact those levels.
For diabetics seeking to increase Nitric Oxide levels while managing their blood sugar, here are some alternative strategies to consider:
Leafy Greens: Leafy greens like spinach, kale, and lettuce are great options. They're low in carbohydrates and high in nutrients.
Berries: Berries like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are rich in antioxidants and have a lower impact on blood sugar compared to some other fruits.
Nuts and Seeds: Opt for nuts and seeds like almonds, chia seeds, and walnuts. They provide healthy fats, fiber, and protein.
Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits such as oranges, grapefruits, and lemons are relatively lower in sugar and can be included in moderation.
Noni Fruit Alternatives: If Noni fruit isn't suitable, you might consider other low-sugar fruits like melons or apricots.
It's highly recommended to consult a registered dietitian who specializes in diabetes management. They can help you create a customized eating plan that considers your health needs and preferences.
Regardless of the food choice, portion control is essential for managing blood sugar levels. Be mindful of portion sizes.
Regularly monitoring your blood sugar levels can help you understand how different foods affect you individually.
Always remember that dietary choices can be tailored to your specific needs and health goals. Your healthcare professional can provide the best guidance for managing your diabetes while incorporating foods that support nitric oxide production. Thank you for seeking clarification, and if you have more questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
